Mercedes-AMG GmbH, commonly known as AMG, is the high-performance subsidiary of Mercedes-Benz AG. AMG independently hires engineers and contracts with manufacturers to customize Mercedes-Benz AMG vehicles. The company has its headquarters in Affalterbach, Baden-Württemberg, Germany.

A dissapointed customer said this in a review: "I was driving down the street winds high lately and I heard a noise, my Grand SSD on say that's your car so I slowed down to about 20. I was right by my house. When I got home the Spoiler of my AMG had flown off. Car only had 36000 miles. Who would think a Mercedes product would fall apart? Then when I reported it they told me they don't stand behind cars that are bought at independent dealers".

"Below fair market value compensation. Coworkers were given 1 raise and 0 promotions in a 5-6 year tenure. A creative agency name change and rebranding 3x in under 4 years.. After a company merge, it was decided to close our department/office location. I understand layoffs are common after an acquisition and that restructure is necessary, but I assume there are more appropriate ways to announce lay offs better than rattling off "office closed effective immediately" from a bulleted list during a powerpoint presentation."

"working at amg you had to be a favorite or else you were let go. It takes a bit of time to get down the script and learn how to talk to the customers to get them on the same track your on. But it seemed that the company did realized that and after a week or so if you were stuggling you were let go. The people that i was working with everyday were nice people, we all seemed to get along great and offered help to eachother as often as peopleunstructured, unfair, no benefits"

"I have Been told by Mercedes that I have to buy 2 new amg 20inch wheels as they have cracked. I am really disappointed as I bought 2 new wheels in March 2020 and now being told I have to buy 2 more. The car is 1 year old. Inchcape told me to put a complaint in to head office as this is not normal all 4 amg wheels replaced in 1 year. I put a complaint in and Mercedes complaints team were not interested and state this is not covered under warranty. Despite there being lots of complaints about amg wheels cracking in a short period of time All I want is wheels that are fit for its purpose. It's not normal for all 4 wheels being cracked in 1 year. Mercedes amg needs to accept they are putting amg wheels on cars that are not fit for its purpose. Mercedes Amg this is poor quality and u need to do something about your wheels"
