Alliance Defense Fund
Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF, formerly Alliance Defense Fund) is an American conservative Christian non-profit organization with the stated goal of advocating, training, and funding on the issues of "religious freedom, the sanctity of life, and marriage and family". ADF is headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona. It also has four branch offices located in Folsom, California; Washington, D.C.; Lawrenceville, Georgia; and New York. Because of its budget, caseload, and network of allied attorneys, ADF is seen as the most organized and influential Christian legal interest group in the country. As of October 2018, ADF has argued nine cases before the Supreme Court and won all of them.[needs update]The Southern Poverty Law Center designates the ADF as an anti-LGBTQ hate group. The SPLC has also described the ADF as a "prominent Christian legal powerhouse," and criticized it for providing "advice to anti-gay bigots in Belize."
An ardent follower of the non-profitable organization expressed her concerns of the ills which would cripple the organization. She wrote" Only Christians are allowed to work here, if you are literally anything else, you will be publically humiated in the office as well as backstabbed by the entire staff."
She added, " They do not defend religious freedom, they do nothing but push Christianity down the throat of the world and pretend they are the victims."
An employee also bemoaned on the challenges he faced while discharging his duties at the organization, he said " Non-profit organization that does not give out raises/bonuses very often."
