Medical Aesthetician (Former Employee) says

"No one is a team player and if you aren’t a suck up to managers then you are constantly in “trouble”"

Aesthetician/Laser Technician (Former Employee) says

"At first I was excited to join a team with much variety. Later to find out it Felt like I was in a sorority and needed to complete unnecessary tasks. Much of the staff is Immature and very unprofessional."

Employee (Former Employee) says

"The place has changed significantly over the last 6 years I was an employee. Where I once felt valued and cared about became a company run on greed and scare tactics. We were told constantly that we were replaceable. Bad behavior was rewarded with extra responsibilities and accolades, and the standards varied from employee to employee- depending on who management favored. The owner barely acknowledged me even if we were standing in the same room together. Conflicts were "remedied" by the tattle tale system, no matter how minuscule the problem was, instead of being addressed directly like adults. This created a toxic work environment where you felt the tension the second you walked in the door. Yes, the facility is beautiful and I have no doubts in the talents of the providers, but it is supported by some very unhappy employees who barely have time for a lunch break."

Front Desk Receptionist (Former Employee) says

"I worked at La Chele for a little over a year. On paper it sounds like a dream job, but quickly I realized how toxic of a work environment it truly was. The owner/management are negative and talk poorly about fellow staff members in front of other employees. If you’re looking for an uplifting and supportive workplace I suggest looking elsewhere. Cons: Poor work/life balance, disrupted lunch breaks, no room for growth"

"I worked at Roche full-time for more than 10 years Cons: Since Roche purchased Genentech and all of Corporate has moved to South San Francisco, jobs are nonexistent. a Business decision was made to cancel many research projects, some have been transferred to Europe, and now the impending shut down of the Nutley campus leaves most employees looking for employment elsewhere. This infamous research so hard to miss on Route 3 or landing from the North into Newark Airport is scheduled to be fully shut down by January 2014."
