A 310 Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback
The Airbus A310 is a wide-body airliner developed and manufactured by Airbus, then a consortium of European aerospace manufacturers. Airbus had demand for an aircraft smaller than the A300, the first Twinjet wide-body. On 7 July 1978, the A310 (initially the A300B10) was launched with orders from Swissair and Lufthansa. On 3 April 1982, the first prototype conducted its maiden flight and it received its type certification on 11 March 1983.
A dissapointed customer said this in a review: "The most uncomfortable plane I've ever been on is the A310. One of the worst on the market."
Back of House (Current Employee) says"There is a lot of favoritism and the managers do not hold up their own workload. There have been several cases of coronavirus and no sanitation has been done. People have been on shift with coronavirus and there is a huge discrepancy in who policies are enforced upon. There is no understanding between home/work life and there is a strict attendance policy with pay reduction as a result of even being one minute late, which as previously stated is not fairly enforced Cons: No breaks"
BOH Team Member (Former Employee) says"Horrible. They don’t care about their workers. Focus more on money and not their employees. Worried more about hitting records then the health of employees Cons: Everything"
Cashier & Runner (Former Employee) says"Staff is underpaid and treated horribly. The supervisors don't care about you, they act like it's a highschool clique, and they play favorites amongst the workers. If they don't like you then you don't get special treatment and they give you the worst duties. Cons: Underpaid and horrible work place"
Crew Member (Former Employee) says"When I worked for this place it made me hallucinate by how frustrated I was with management. All of management at this location has a stick so far up their a s s you wonder how they walk straight. There are no "punishments" and I say that word in quotations because their only punishment is either a small slap on the wrist or you're fired. Not to mention, if you put it your two weeks to you won't be getting those two weeks. If you are a logical individual and want something out of this job, forget it. You've hit a dead end because everyone is stuck in their ways. The only good thing to this company is that it's a good place for 14 year olds that like to be told what to do. Cons: Terrible Management"
Team Member (Current Employee) says"The company itself isn’t bad. I would say the individual stores and the general manager that owns them makes this a bad job. Also the promotions are really based on if they like you, not about your skills. Overall if you want to work for chick fil a just make sure the management is fair. Cons: No communication about opportunities or new system updates."
Training Director (Former Employee) says"I worked for multiple locations, even did short term jobs for corporate office. It’s so rare to find someone in this brand that can separate their professional and personal lives. The company wants to have all employees fit into their mold- and i mean have your personal life align with their “professional expectations”. But if your discovered to not fit the mold, you get told you need to fix your personal life or you won’t have a future there. My personal life does not effect my ability to do my job (when considering it’s fast food and i’m simply speaking of who I chose to live with or date). If this job was something like being a doctor, then I get that you wouldn’t want me to do drugs in my free time or whatever. But as a fast food employee, you can’t mandate who I spend time with outside of work. This company expects your entire world to revolve around upholding their brand. If i’m wearing your clothes, okay I get it. But when i’m in sweat pants at home, YOU CANNOT CONTROL ME. I have so many negative examples of how this company controls people’s existence and I never recommend working here. Cons: No benefits for management; Toxic work/home life balance; Terrible schedule"
FOH and BOH Team Member (Current Employee) says"Chick-fil-a has been a terrible job. There is constant stress due to poor management and the managers tend to take it out on the employees. We don't get free food, we hardly get any sort of decent prerogative to do any work. No sunscreen, no shade, poorly managed rotations. Honestly it's just a nightmare. I've felt more disrespected and devalued by my leadership team than I ever have by the rudest of guests. Cons: Short breaks, poor management, horrible discount"
BOH Team Member (Current Employee) says"The back of house management team Has the worst attitude imaginable especially the kitchen director. Better hope he likes you or your former military a Cutthroat environment. I've never worked with someone so Rude and in your face doesn't care about giving people proper training as much as making them feel low or below him very unfortunate. The owner has a great attitude other than that very bad experience all around fast paced minimal training, you're made to feel stupid most of the day. you'll never get a good sense of hard work or satisfaction, only that you didn't do enough and management will not let you forget that. you will feel the lowest of the low working here mentally physically draining."
Director of Ops / GM - ◇ NJ (Former Employee) says"This is very stressful environment not to mention the pay is lame for them making 10MM a year, gm get paid peanuts. Very dramatic work place as we always had problems do the owner being very stubborn and didn't have a clue about business at all.............. Cons: everything else"
Hospitality Associate (Former Employee) says"Don’t work at the Coconut Creek location. Chick fil A is a great company but the management here are very rude, and they don’t care at all about their employees but they have to act like they do. They have over 70 employees and aren’t distributing the hours evenly at all. They are giving people 8 hours a week or 9 hours a week. They only give breaks when you work 8 hours or more of a shift and the discount on food is terrible. They only give you $4 off. They could at least give a free meal!! I would never want to work at this location because of the rude and disgusting people there. Cons: Nothing good"
Hospitality Professional (Former Employee) says"They don't care about their employees like they claim to do. When you get sick they get upset about it like you have any control over getting sick. They don't understand that stuff happens. I wouldn't go back no matter how much I needed work. Cons: Management, Pay, Breaks, No Advancement, Favoritism"
Was never really told (Former Employee) says"This job experience was a complete nightmare!! I have worked in the restaurant industry for over 20 years and this was my first fast food experience. As everyone knows Chick-fil-A is very fast paced, most places I have worked are also. I have always been able to multitask and succeed in any job with adequate training. However here I was not trained adequately at all. I was thrown outside with an iPad to follow behind someone who never took the time to train me properly on how to take orders or where everything was on the iPad that I needed to use to complete this task. I was just told to do whatever they did on my iPad. You are told to take the customer's order to read it back and I did as well as I could with the very little bit of training that I had. "The leaders"who were supposed to be helpful made me very uncomfortable when I asked a question most of the time they would roll their eyes at me and ignore me when I would ask for assistance on something I didn't understand. This was also done in front of customers who commented on how rude it was. During the middle of working outside I would be called inside to do the drink station which I was very good at. Some of the management barely spoke any English so it was hard to communicate, no one could ever get my name right and hardly anyone greeted me when I came to work. I felt very intimidated and a nervous wreck every day to go in for the unfair treatment that I received. Also if you get there at 6:30 in the morning your break will be by 7 a.m. you get a 20-minute break and that is it for the rest of the day. You also have Cons: Horrible management and inadequate training to succeed in the job"
Crew Member (Former Employee) says"They pick and choose who thay want to make successful not the ones who deserve it if you arent their perfect idea of a christian they wont promote you"
Team Leader (Former Employee) says"They overwork all there employees. They don’t respect anyone but there small group of directors. All the managers have a superiority complex it’s kind of disgusting. And while the employees are slaving away for min. wage they sit in a AC cooled office. This only applies to the one in winter garden. Cons: Working there"
Team Member (Former Employee) says"The management is completely terrible and rude. They don’t care about you. They make you go in if you are sick. They never answer their phones. They don’t release the work schedule until last minute. They don’t care if you have a family emergency. Don’t work there. Cons: Terrible management"
Crew Member (Current Employee) says"This job is not a good one. This happy go lucky “my pleasure “ culture of the job is forced. I seldomly have okay days at work. I am not paid enough to to work in this toxic environment. They single out the employees who only want to work and go home. The favorites are front of house. I work in the unorganized kitchen. Hypocrisy in this environment. You may have coworkers working against you. Some employees are messy and entertain deification. It’s either have a fake personality or say little to nothing. It’s just fried/grilled chicken , salad , soup , macaroni fries and other miscellaneous items NOT ROCKET SCIENCE RECIPES! They try to make it seem like you can’t do your job if you make a mistake. It’s a problem if you get the job done doing it your way. You may find 1 or 2 okay coworkers. Pestering management wants you to work like a robot. Throughout all of this , I try not to get mad. Cons: Toxic environment, sabotage, favoritism"
Team Leader (Former Employee) says"Overworked while managers slacked off and got paid much more than anyone else, undeservingly. Handed out promotions to people that sucked up to them, not the people that deserved it. Cons: No benefits, bad pay, loads of work"
Hospitality Director (Current Employee) says"Work-life balance"
Team Member (Current Employee) says"Pay & benefits Cons: Management"
Operations Manager (Former Employee) says"Half of the people who work for this company are related to upper management, so even if you do your best you will still be passed up by somebody's kid even though they've only worked there a week and this is their first job. They only care about making money and will make managers feel like idiots for not being able to hit sales goals (even though the pandemic had cut business in half). If you're in management the hours are insane and getting paid for your overtime is a joke. Save your sanity. Cons: Everything else"
