ATP World Tour Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback

From Everything.Sucks

The ATP Tour (known as the ATP World Tour from January 2009 until December 2018) is a worldwide top-tier tennis tour for men organized by the Association of Tennis Professionals. The second-tier tour is the ATP Challenger Tour and the third-tier is ITF Men's Circuit. The ATP Tour comprises ATP Masters 1000, ATP 500, and ATP 250. The ATP also oversees the ATP Challenger Tour,a level below the ATP Tour, and the ATP Champions Tour for seniors.

A critic shared his review of the ATP world tour on his social media platform, this is what he wrote " We visited The O2 for the ATP World Tour Finals and were told that you are not allowed to bring your own food or water into the arena for safety reasons. What a load of rubbish!! Airports are high security and allow you to take your own food." He added "The only reason they don't want food allowed in is that you are trapped into paying £4 for about 10 chips and £7 for a cold hot dog. What makes it worse is that you are charged to drink water, a necessity of life!! £2.50 for 500ml of water. I bought two bottles and still had a headache and felt sick because of a lack of water!! You are even trapped in the arena between matches. They won't let you out into the food area because it's cheaper down there. Outrageous!!"

Professional Tennis Umpire (Current Employee) says

"travel 75% of year with little monetary benefit."

Chelsea Crook says

"They haven't refunded my money for a concert that was clearly cancelled on the 21st of may and I'm still waiting for my money back! Never ever ever use this company for your tickets!! Disgusting customer service and you just get ignored or they reply back once after loads of emails to say they haven't received anything to say its been cancelled which is a load of rubbish!! They are the worst company I've ever had to deal with if I'm honest! No customer service! They don't care about them keeping mine an other peoples money! Absolutely disgusting and they shouldn't be able to get away with this!!!!!"

Arianna Whittle says

"Absolutely disgusting company! I am OUTRAGED. I booked tickets in December 19 for Stormzy in September 20, this has been postponed until a date in April that I am not even in the country!! They are REFUSING to give me a full refund. This is disgusting considering they would not even let me reschedule. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. COW BOY SCAMMING NO GOODS. USELESS THIEVES."

Morgan Nasser says

"Don’t bother buying tickets or selling tickets on here unless you want to be scammed. I had purchased tickets in January and I was unable to make the event so I re listed them on the sight a few days later and they sold instantly. I have still not received my payment from this sale and it is now August, nearly 7 months and I have not received a penny back. I’ve contacted the company multiple times and all they telling me to do is ‘wait’. I sold my tickets before the virus so no events were cancelled at this time, so what was the excuse then? A lousy company with lousy customer service."

Consumer says

"Wireless 2020 is indeed cancelled and not postponed and anyone buying tickets from viagogo for this event are entitled to a full refund. Wireless 2021 is not the same event as Wireless 2020, the line up is also entirely different. The legislation which applies is the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Law Reform (Frustrated Contracts) 1943. If viagogo refuse to refund you, ask for a refund from your credit card issuer under section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 or if you used a debit card ask your card issuer to perform a chargeback. Similarly if an event is postponed you are entitled to a refund. You purchase a ticket based on 4 pieces of information, the name of the artist or event, the venue at which they are performing, the time and date they are performing. If the event is postponed 3 of those 4 pieces of information on the ticket have changed so the goods i.e. the ticket, are not as originally described. This is also covered under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Make sure you complain about viagogo.co.uk to the Competition and Markets Authority. The CMA are still investigating viagogo and have an enforcement order against them from the courts. Dont give up, thats exactly what viagogo wants. Your ultimate last resort is to make a claim through the small claims court if all else fails and this is well worth doing. Good luck all!"
