A customer mentioned, "The AB tool isn't as intuitive as others that I've used. They often release updates to widgets that aren't well publicized and cause you to rebuild things for accurate reporting (for example, the NPS widget). You also can't delete tests and the organization of them in their folder tool isn't useful, so the test area can become cluttered."
