Fort Riley has every issue you can imagine but intensified. Leaders do not care about anyone who is not writing their evaluations, promoting them, or giving them a leg up. Hours are long in the army which is understandable, but when you have random hours that consists of different times, its maddening. Leaders care about their reputation and the average joe is an afterthought.Structure almost nonexistent or shattered. Please if at all possible avoid Fort Riley.None at this timeLong hours, greed, and toxic leadership"

Administrative Assistant (Former Employee) says"There is no good with this company the US Army. First, the recruiter never told me that I could be an officer off of the street. Second, my drill sergeant expected me to be in charge of my unit after never being in the military before and calling me dumb because I couldn't. Third, I get to the unit at Fort Bragg, NC and my First Sergeant treats me like I am a step child and yells at me because I fell out of the 4-mile run for the first time because I was sick that morning. He accused me of looking at another Master sergeant funny while we were running. So I fell out every time we ran on purpose. I complained about him and another Master Sergeant in an EO meeting being racists because of their treatment of me and they moved me to another unit at Fort Bragg. Fourth, I was at the other unit at Fort Bragg and this other E-6 kept calling me a "Busta" and I complained about it in an EO meeting. Then the next day we had a PT test and because I got up from the pushups after meeting my quota for passing the pushups portion, he gave me a counseling statement but what he initially tried to do was kick me out of the Army. Lastly, I told the Captain of my unit that I changed my mind about extending my time to try to work at the Pentagon. Afterwards, he tried different tricks to get me in trouble so that I would not be eligible to reenlist for the Army because that way....he would NOT have to count me on his books as a soldier who did not reenlist. Free mealsThe living spaces, the field training exercises, the MOS Admin job was boring."

The leadership is so toxic they will harass you and belittle you all the time and your peers dont want the same treatment so they'll join in with leadership to belittle you. You're a 24/he soldier and they constantly remind you that they are only legally obligated to give you 4 hours of sleep so be happy with what you get. Say goodbye to your free time, loved ones, sense of happiness, motivation and just anything that corresponds to the human feelings.Having the pride to say your a solider. Literrally thats itNo breaks, no free food you pay for it 1 way or another, the people who you are legally obligated to obey misuse that power to their leisure"

Deduct some portion of amount from salary, which they commit to give after every 17 months. Actually they don't. 3. Bond sign for 3-4 Years with original EDUCATIONAL DOCUMENTS locking. 4. If you leave with in bond period you will neither get That Documents nor That Deducted money. Including no Experience letter. 5. On top of that if Management wish, they will delete code & Documents from the PC that you have worked in office ( employment period) & send you legal case notice from court. 6. Solution for that is either you have call them & negotiate by give them money or if you have to fight with them in court."
