A former enterprise account executive says, "[Workforce has a] Terrible to implement solution (code-based). Numerous employees have had to hire attorneys in order to leave without Workforce Software fighting you."

"This company came under new management in 2019. Since then the new owners have completely decimated what was once and happy and energetic team. Their misunderstanding of what the company's original mission and how the company operates is what was the cause. In addition new management does not care at all about the employees. Anyone thinking of joining this company, should move on. Cons: The biggest con is always being afraid of being terminated. Constant stresss"
