Unibake Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback

From Everything.Sucks

Lantmännen is an agricultural cooperative and Northern Europe’s leader in agriculture, machinery, bioenergy and food products. Owned by 25,000 Swedish farmers, they have 10,000 employees, operations in over 20 countries and an annual turnover of SEK 45 billion (approximately EUR 4.5 billion).

A former employee said this in a review: "Management at Lantmannen is rubbish, double standards, if you can put up an shut up you can go far, if the face fits place. I had various job roles and worked on various shifts which they can change when it suits. No matter how much it disrupts your life . No compassion".

Pastry Operative (Former Employee) says

"If you wanna work in Poland try here first. If you plan too find a job here look elsewhere first. Place is a joke, no one helps you and the management are all childhood best friends who will defend each other even when they arewrong."

Repack Supervisor & Temp Hygiene Supervisor (Former Employee) says

"Management rubbish, double standards, if you can put up an shut up you can go far ...if the face fits place. I had various job roles and worked on various shifts ...which they can change when it suits ..No matter how much it disrupts your life . No compassion. ..just production production production. I was there nearly 5 years the hours suited my situation at that time. Work colleagues great.if you have any ailment ..arthritis, repetitive strain ,bad back etc don't bother and if you haven't ..you will. Cons: Treatment of staff"

Pastry Operative (Current Employee) says

"just pure and simply a poor company to work for with management who dont keep you updated with current affairs where the rumours from colleagues about things occur because theres no communication and you go and ask management and they laugh it off to find most of it was true anyways but the company is really unorganised no one on the factory floor really knows whats going on half of the time! Cons: 12 hour shifts/ standing in the same place for the whole time"

line operative (Former Employee) says

"lots of stress coming from the supervisor and manager"

Sales (Former Employee) says

Pastry Operative (Former Employee) says

"Long Shifts and bad communication i found it hard when they messed me around and they moved me off my current shift when i told i couldn't move because of my autistic son and things got too difficult to carry on at work because things at home got difficult, Cons: Lack Of Communication/ Long Shifts"

PROCESS / QUALITY AUDITOR (Former Employee) says

"Product quality checks twice a shift in every testing station, auditing procedures and how employees follow them, investigating non conformances and customer complains. Cons: long hours and night shifts"

Hygiene Operative (Current Employee) says

"Used to be a good place to work but management let you down as they always demanding more and more but they never appreciate the work you do, they put too much pressure mentally they don't care about you as an individual they only care about volumes. Cons: bad management"

Former member (Former Employee) says

"An uphill struggle to effect change. Food manufacturing plant running three shifts for 10 days and down four for master cleaning and maintenance. Cons: Aging equipment on three production lines"
