The State University of New York at Buffalo commonly referred to as University at Buffalo (UB) or SUNY Buffalo, is a public research university with campuses in Buffalo and Amherst, New York. The university was founded in 1846 as a private medical college and merged with the State University of New York system in 1962. As of Fall 2018, the university enrolls 31,503 students in 13 colleges, making it the largest public university in the state of New York.

Adam shared his terrible experience, "I attended UB for two years and had a very negative experience from the moment I arrived on campus. Majority of professors either didn't speak English or had their TAs teach the majority of their lectures. On top of that even my "small" classes were generally over 35 students. For some reason two of my classes were not applied to my CAPP report properly and I spent nearly 4 hours running around to different offices getting forms signed so they could fulfill my requirements. I ended up leaving and transferring to a school in Colorado. I would never recommend UB to anyone."

"I have purchased a pair of shoes but they were two sizes bigger that I wear (not mentioning that the colour was not exactly the same as on the picture). The same day I contacted the seller and reported my problem. They told me that I could send them back for a refund. I have received an authorisation number and have sent them back as was instructed on October 29, 2011(I have a copy of my receipt from my Post office). The seller does not want to send me a refund claiming that they did not receive the item."
