Toronto Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback

From Everything.Sucks

Toronto is the provincial capital of Ontario. With a recorded population of 2,731,571 in 2016,it is the most populous city in Canada and the fourth most populous city in North America. The city is the anchor of the Golden Horseshoe, an urban agglomeration of 9,245,438 people (as of 2016) surrounding the western end of Lake Ontario, while the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) proper had a 2016 population of 6,417,516. Toronto is an international centre of business, finance, arts, and culture, and is recognized as one of the most multicultural and cosmopolitan cities in the world.

An unhappy visitor shared this in a review "The City of Toronto seems happy to have out-of-town visitors stay in expensive hotels within the city limits, but God help you if you try to visit with family or friends and stay later than when they roll up the sidewalks sometime before 1:45 AM. I guess coming into town for the day, buying gas and dinner out for yourselves and friends does not generate enough tourist dollars because the parking police will punish you for visiting and staying as late as 1:45 AM - to the tune of $30. To make matters worse, they don't even give these clowns Christmas off. No way, they are out writing tickets on the stroke of midnight. No visible signs saying tourists/visitors are not welcome to park. It might make sense if a visitor parked overnight - but visiting until 1:45 on Christmas night? If you are from out of town DO NOT visit Toronto except during business or daylight hours. Have your friends or family drive out and see you. You will no doubt be able to offer them free parking and the $30 saved, together with the cheaper restaurant prices in any town outside of this greed megacity, should buy you a much more pleasant visit."

"BEWARE: I was lied to, deceived and ultimately YELLED AT with profanities (Told to go F*** myself) for asking for product after paying them thousands of dollars. I've never dealt with such immaturity and dishonesty. Frankly I'm surprised I didn't get completely ripped off. I finally was forced to settle for lesser product or risk losing my money and having to call Police...what a scam these scammers are. Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere. Message me for more details."

"Do not trust their fastship status. They told me that fastship means available and in stock. After a recent purchase that did not come (2 weeks and waiting), and many unanswered emails and phone messages, I finally talked to a person at TGB. He told me that the item I ordered was not in stock and I would have to wait until it it comes in stock. The fastship status at the time I ordered was not accurate. I believe they advertise fastship status only to sucker in customers who unknowingly lock in purchases only. Deceitful and deceptive practice."
