TeamWorx Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback
CrunchTime TeamworX streamlines restaurant labor scheduling and ensures employee labor law compliance. Managers can ensure the right team members are working the right shifts at the right times. Team members can view their schedules, request time off, and shift swaps from their own mobile device using a web app or native mobile app with Android or Apple iOS devices.
A Pastry Chef mentions some of the Cons of CrunchTime TeamworX in a review he/she wrote for CAPTERRA: "Sometimes it can be difficult to reconcile invoices when you have to rely on the corporate-facing side of the interface to update, which can get you behind in your payment periods and sometimes mess up food costs by pushing invoices back a pay period"
Housekeeper (Former Employee) says"There were a lot of clicks, the communication is terrible. The jobs and hours are brutal for little pay. If its a second job, then it's alright. There were instances where the management would be very harsh and penalize you the moment a mistake was made but the same management does that mistake and nothing is done to them."
Customer Service/ Food Runner/Banquet Server (Former Employee) says"I learned how to take orders and how to serve properly in a safety manner also mi manager teach me how to make fries and Tapatio fries with simple oil and vinegar"
merchandiser (Former Employee) says"hours are flexible , tick using your own car as no company car provided is costly for wear and tear , cross sent out to locations who had no product was annoying but rarely occured, big projects that require two people to merchandise or set up could be stressful .flexibility in hoursuse and wear and tear on car"
Waiter/Server (Former Employee) says"El trabajo es bueno y dinamico el y ico punto negativo son los teamleader"
