A Pastry Chef mentions some of the Cons of CrunchTime TeamworX in a review he/she wrote for CAPTERRA: "Sometimes it can be difficult to reconcile invoices when you have to rely on the corporate-facing side of the interface to update, which can get you behind in your payment periods and sometimes mess up food costs by pushing invoices back a pay period"

"There were a lot of clicks, the communication is terrible. The jobs and hours are brutal for little pay. If its a second job, then it's alright. There were instances where the management would be very harsh and penalize you the moment a mistake was made but the same management does that mistake and nothing is done to them."

"hours are flexible , tick using your own car as no company car provided is costly for wear and tear , cross sent out to locations who had no product was annoying but rarely occured, big projects that require two people to merchandise or set up could be stressful .flexibility in hoursuse and wear and tear on car"
