A traveler under the name of ¨J10WGM¨ from Hatta shares some thoughts in TRIP ADVISOR about Talise Spa and the Ridiculous booking system: "In trying to book a surprise pregnancy massage for my wife who has just passed 13 weeks on her 2nd pregnancy, I rang Talise to make arrangements for her to attend. Having gone through the process and have given my card details to secure the booking and presumably pay, I was then informed that on arrival my wife would have to pay for her own massage...she cannot use my card even though I have already secured the booking using the card, the fact she is my wife and I have made the booking is disregarded, the fact this is a surprise booking and gift and even offering for them to take the money now upfront is refused. Absolute joke of a system from what I previously considered to be one of the very best hotel group operators worldwide....funny they are happy to take cards and money when booking hotel rooms for other people but not for spa treatments for your own wife. Disgusted"

Tell the world why Talise sucks!

"to be honest Jumeirah is a fantastic company, unfortunately last time I have been working there everyone from GM, HM, Rooms Division Manager and Front Office Manager have been new-joiners which highly affected the communication down to management. Changes everyday, A said different than B did, no work/life basis, 7am to 2am working days no difference, no compensation, no thank you, was expected as superior did the same. Cons: no work/life basis, discrimination, 18hour shifts, no communication between management and different goals"

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"I worked at Search Wizards full-time Cons: Senior leadership cares more about themselves and their "click" than following policies and procedures. CEO is greedy and has no idea how to run a Company."

"I have been working at Search Wizards Cons: I only had contact with one other person at Search Wizards besides the owner and she may have been a part-time contractor.
