K&K Insurance is an Indiana-based insurance company noted for its coverage of motorsports. It was started in Fort Wayne, Indiana in 1952 by Nord Krauskopf and his wife Theodora (Teddi) to manage and market a benevolent fund for injured race car drivers. The company was sold to Aon plc in 1993 but continues under the K&K name. Dan Pullen assumed the role of program director after K&K purchased the book of business of Pullen Insurance Services Inc.
A user "Rob S." recounts his experience with K&K Insurance services on the "Yelp" website on December 30, 2016:
"When we had to file a claim, they non-renewed us due to an "adverse-loss ratio", even though we ended up paying the full amount of the loss ourselves as it was less than the $5000 deductible. So, we are not happy and I would not recommend writing a policy with this company, better to pay more for a policy with a reputable company."
