"This company has no clear direction on its actual purpose. The CEO sticks his opinion in every facet, teams are left to fend for themselves with no help from their managers, you get stuck doing tasks that you were not hired to do for the long-term (more than 6 mos). When you approch mgmt re: this issue and ask to be compensated; you're denied and then they pile on more work as if it's the norm. They clearly do not value their talent and take advantage meanwhile having high expectations and not compensating ppl appropriately. Cons: Stuffed on top of one another in extremely small offices (4 ppl in one office), CEO and mgmt have no clear direction."

"awful attitude towards staff from management they pile more and more work on you and still want you to be done in a stupidly low amount of time and then moan about quality. when busy they expect staff to drop everything and do a 15+ hour shift if you can not stay then your name is mud."

"The organization was terrible, they didn't ever pay you enough to make up for not making minimum wage from lack of customers. A co worker and I sat in booths all by ourselves for 3 hours one morning without a single customer. Their prices were high and most of their food was sub par. They way overestimated their quality and their necessity in our little town. Cons: There are too many to count"

"I worked at Scratch Financial full-time for more than a year Cons: Everything under the sun really: The company as a whole has a great mission, the management team has no clue how to get there though. When a company is started and after 4 years refuses to hire or promote anyone to actually manage the sales division shows a clear lack of knowledge for creating and running a business. The lack of direction, planning and follow through on nearly all projects is appalling. Leaders lead and this company has not a single one in employment anymore. Waste of resources and money is rapidly bringing Scratchpay into a position of failure. It's very hard to even have a provider use the service for a client as it normally does not work for a vast amount of time. New reason after new reason for product failures and no solution to the problem or even how to fix it cause issues for borrowers in need. The company does not care as it needs more venture capital backing , so the focus is on signing as many providers as possible with no regard to actual usage of the service by the borrower. Not to mention that they only care that the company brings on a new provider. Does not matter if sales reps are stealing deals from one another... it is actually encouraged. Hell, they even asked people to post positive reviews here... and sent a company wide email asking employees to use the service, even they state in the email that is does not really work correctly at the moment. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a better job that will pay much more."

"I have been working at Scratch Financial full-time for more than a year Cons: Everything and Everyone Else! Where to start? First, all the negative things said by others I can also say are true. Don't listen to the responses by "management" as to be honest, they are lies. I know for a fact a few of the positive reviews were by request, so that should tell you something as well. The COO is beneath contempt. A complete lack of integrity, empathy, loyalty, and ethics. He does not care about his employees personally, professionally, or any other way. No communication, no direction, and no leadership coming from the "founders." COO says he is going to do something and doesn't follow through, he also ignores emails and messages from his employees for days on end."

"I worked at Scratch Financial full-time for more than a year Cons: Customer support is contracted overseas, and there is no quality control over the info they share. Since they regularly give wrong information or don't do the bare minimum to research accounts before answering, it causes pretty big challenges maintaining healthy relationships with your accounts. Data and projections presented to investors appears to possibly be inflated and misleading, and rather than focusing on efforts that actually drive revenue you're on a wild goose chase for sign-ups that never turn into active accounts. This practice has led to unethical practice of some sales techniques, including things from omissions all the way to outright dishonesty. Obvious favoritism is played by leadership and underperformers are not held accountable. Instead competent employees are looked to to carry the extra weight."

"Scratch SUCKS. The comunity SUCKS. It\'s all just teenage girls roleplaying and talking about flirting and crushes. People are way to addicted, and it\'s mainly focuesed on followers. Anyone can post, meaning that people can post, frick, pics of their privates and get away with it, because projects don\'t have to be reviewed!!! There is furrys, toxic steven universe fans, undertale fans, (and when I say undertale fans, I mean the toxic kind that will throw a tantrum over shipping and that ship incest and are WAYY to obsessed). JUST NO. ITS ALL CHAT, NOT CODING"
