Member Service Representative (Former Employee) says

"Although this place might seem reasonable to start you will quickly see the senior management all blend together into each other’s departments and rolls, and have clear staff favorites. Cons: Poor management, favoritism, unprofessional work environment"

Member facing (Former Employee) says

"Lack of respect from Senior Management. Poor work life balance. Some people are special and don't have to work weekends. Forced to work several 6 day work weeks. Obvious favoritism. Supervisors where just people with an extra title. One of senior management makes all the decisions and doesn't inform CEO of all the real problems. Forced to be walking billboard in stupid QCU shirts. They need to take a good look at how other companies treat their employees. Cons: Too many to list."

Teller (Former Employee) says

"Decent place to work. Many "supervisors" have a hard time answer questions regarding their department. Quick to hire, which should have been a sign. No room for advancement because the same people have worked for the company for years. Employees overall seem to not care to assist the members. Even if you decided to stay and make a career, they eventually cap you off. Cons: Favoritism, lack of raises, oblivious CEO."

Teller (Former Employee) says

"In the time I spent at Quincy Credit Union 15 people quit. They place little to no value in their employees. A select few are clear favorites and rules do not apply to them. The woman in charge of Human Resources makes no qualms about those that she doesn’t like. It is obvious to anyone paying attention that she wants anyone who is senior to her out. There seems to always be some sort of drama taking place. Each morning when you walk into work you sure to catch someone using a marijuana pen. Sad that people have to get high to get through the day there. Most of the staff looks miserable and it shows to everyone including the member ship. Cons: Hr, management, work schedule"

Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) says

"Nice place to work at if you're just starting out. Several opportunities for advancement. Great benefits as well as tuition reimbursement (huge pro!). Cons: n/a"
