Manager (Former Employee) says"This is just a really bad company to work for. The owners have no idea how to run a company, it was given to them when their father passed and they have run it to the ground."
Manager (Former Employee) says"The owners are not supportive and all about the numbers, completely money driven people with no regard for their employees, stressful environment with no room to grow or advance. Owners refuse to take responsibility for anything and will complain about everything even if they are the ones who implemented it, will constantly accuse employees of stealing even though there are video cameras recording employees at all times in the store. Refuse to put any money into the business, only what is minimally required by the county and even then they try to get away with not doing it as long as possible, They refused to fix the a/c unit in the store or update the building that is practically falling apart. Working as their Manager I was expected to be available 24/7 with only 40 hrs a week (my regular shift hrs) compensation at a minimal pay rate of $9.50 an hour. Cons: Everything else"
