"Pullman Sugar could be a good work place but the entire staff are selfish and and disrespectful they treat us men like modern day slavery facts no words of gratitude only attitude I work there for ten months never seen the owner no holiday bonuses only for them selves there's no good leadership and no room for advancement most of the work is unsafe and their cutting the true ingredients. "When I 1rst got here, it was easily 1 of the best places I've ever worked at. Today.... not so much, as a driver you are asked to give your time freely, from waiting for loads to waiting at the customer, we are constantly getting hit with pay cuts, dispatch have their favorites, seniority is not respected, if dispatch has any issue w/you, you get shhhh.......hit loads, cool co-workers tho"
