Microsoft Outlook is a personal information manager from Microsoft, available as a part of the Microsoft Office suite. Though primarily an email client, Outlook also includes such functions as calendaring, task managing, contact managing, note-taking, journal logging, and web browsing.

An angry customer said this in a review: "Microsoft Outlook is telling me my password is incorrect even though I'm pretty sure it's not. I am trying to set up a new business and can now not access this email address because every time I fill out the recovery form it says unsuccessful. There is no way of contacting Outlook for help so I am now awaiting an email about my bank account opening which I cannot access!".

"The expectations are extremely high not realizing that they didn't event provide proper training. Training wasn't even enough, you have to work everything out on your own and learn when you're already on the job."

"Worst management, they treat you like a robot. They set unrealistic sales goals, putting in place systems/metrics that are next to impossible to meet. Training was as close to a waste of time I've ever been in and the scripted sales pitch we are required to use is annoying to callers."

They don't or won't do anything about anyone has ever said. They only know how to give memorandums on new policies or a violation and suspension to the employees. But they can't do anything good for them."

"This place needed more people to share the workload because the employees were overworked and exhausted. The workload they currently share was too much for one person to handle. I left my job here because after I raised several concerns about my workload, the management still didn't do anything about it and just expected us to do everyhting. It was unfair on our part. I hope they changed and listened to employees concerns."

"ZERO work-life balance, they expect you to slave for them. Expect to have work overload and work overtime (always back late). The environment and relationship with managements is cold and strain. They do not care about workers well being as long as you do your job."

"I quit working here because of unfair salary that I get. No matter how overwhelming the workload is, you don't have any other choice but to suffer with how much the company is willing to pay you. They are cheap like that. We were always given false hope when we raise our concerns about out extremely low pay. In the end, I know these were just false hopes so I decided to end my suffering and looked for a better-paying job."

"Getting assigned for a job could take some time that would leave you unemployed for months. It would be fine if they allow you to explore options with other companies, but they would like you to be available once they contact you for a job."

"Very fast-paced, stressful environment and horrible work/life balance. The grind of booking 100 different hotels/day can take a toll on some people. If you are not a top 5 performer, management will pay you no mind, even if you are a dedicated and hardworking employee. Upper management has a negative and condescending attitude toward the vast majority of employees. Feel like a weight has lifted from my shoulders since leaving and I'll never look back."

"Very fast paced training where you need to learn everything at once, pass the tests, then you can get on board. Quality assessments and evaluations are very strict and tight that if you made one mistake, you'll get a first warning memo. You'd better get all your manuals and have a review, coz the next mistake would get you fired."

"They are very strict when it comes to our working ethics yet they don't provide us proper training from day one. They constantly monitor our progress to the point that it becomes toxic since every on of us doesn't feel the freedom considering it is a home-based job. "The worst thing about this employer is training. The trainers do have some experience, but they are quite snooty. They waste time in boasting about themselves and give no personalized attention. You are left to learn most things on your own, and their behavior makes you think that asking questions is a crime!"

"There are no health benefits, sick leaves are not paid. The company is understaffed and there is a lot of work to be done. You take a 100 of calls and have to follow a 22 question script which is used to rate you. There are at most times low ratings which results to low pay and no increment in the salary."

"Management is very unorganized. Terrible culture! All of management is family and no one has a clue as to how to professionally run a business. Do NOT waste your time."

"Job is very busy and you will take 100's of calls every week. Is a family owned business and everyone isn't treated equally. Promotions are given to those who deserve them but to those who suck up to the current manager at that time. Not worth the stress. Cons: No job should stress you out if they want you to provide exceptional service to their clients."

"When first hired, this company was amazing. The training staff all the way up to the CEO of the company were phenomenal! I enjoyed my position for the first year. Then the favoritism and family owned aspects really started to shine when they replaced one management with a family friend. He made it absolutely unbearable for anyone to work there and sadly no matter what you did, you were always wrong. Numerous employees went to the CEO and complained of said management but to no prevail we were all just lieing. This company also creates fake reviews to boast themselves, don’t fall for the BS."

When I was working here, I had conflicts with my family and friends because of missed events and celebrations. I never have a chance to schedule and appointment my own personal events because my whole life has been controlled by my work."

"Beware of the offers that they don't really mean to give. After signing up with them, that's the only time you'll learn that there are no conditions that come along with the promises they made. It's a scam if you think of it, and a lot have been complaining."

Who the f*©|{ is going to remember a goddamn subject line, if they haven't signed into their outlook account in like 10 years. Don't ever use outlook,please. Save yourself the insanity. "Outlook is not user friendly I have a contact with a perfectly valid email address I have to use Google mail contact that person.I consider that is is also cumbersome as it requires a subject before you can even write the email & the silly habit of correcting words that may have 2 spaces between them is ludicrous.To try & send one valid email without having to keep going over what you have written because Outlook does not like it is very aggravating"

"The spamming just keep on coming and coming and it never ends no matter how hard you try to get rid of it all but it is impossible. It is driving me up the wall and I really wanted to delete my email accounts but they made everything so very complicated and confusing to even delete it. You must have backup email accounts in order to delete Hotmail/Outlook accounts which I no longer have anymore because my Yahoo email accounts were deleted which were very simple and easy to do, unlike Hotmail/Outlook. I cannot even delete my email accounts at all and I tried contacting their customer services and no one ever got back to me or even help me to delete it for good. This is totally a waste of valuable time but to leave my email accounts behind for good and let it all get spammed and cogged up as I will no longer use those email accounts anymore due to out of control spamming. I found an email account that will solve all of these problems."

"Outlook Mail has become shockingly bad. In the past year, I discovered that many emails which had been sent to me were not being received, not even in my junk box. I reported it to Microsoft, but their 'service' person was so bad, he eventually told me to contact the 'senders' to tell them their email is not being received - as if it is their fault, and as if I even know how many emails have been sent to me and not received. There are many posts complaining about this on answers.microsoft.com. One person even wrote directly to microsoft and received no answer. I have switched to gmail after using hotmail for more than 30 years."

"why dont we pay something £3-£4 to remove the ad on the outlook.com it is so annoying. i cant read my email as big box of ad can you looking into this please maybe give us something to paid to remove it. you told us that could download office for £59 a months i dont think so..... with yahoo mail if you want to remove a ad for £2.49 a month that come with everything plus phone support as well..come on outlook team"
