Odouls Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback

From Everything.Sucks

O’Doul’s, a near-beer, produced by Anheuser Busch, is considered by state and federal regulations to be a non-alcoholic drink. It has a reported 0.4% alcoholic content level. In the scheme of alcoholic beverages, this level is considered low. Federal levels consider 0.5% alcohol content to be defined as an alcoholic beverage.

In an evaluation of non-alcoholic beers, Kate Bernot and her friends rated the O’Douls Amber brand negatively in a review for THE TAKEOUT:

“This beer also earns high appearance marks: It’s lightly golden with a thin but persistent and silky head. Too bad it smells like sweet corn, perfume, and basements. “There’s this thing going on when you taste it,” Ryan says, refusing to refer to these sensations as “flavors.” I found it less recognizable as the beer; it reminded me of a box of wine that I’d forgotten about in the back of a refrigerator in college. The combination of oxidized malts, sweetness, and perfume is not a positive one”
