Front Desk Agent (Current Employee) says

"Low pay, terrible environment, bad management, multiple complaints, guest are not respected, no team work. Low budget work skills. Education and skills are not respected you will be payed the minimum regardless."

"Great casino, some people are nice, some people have way too much drama there and they just are mean. Graveyard is a very hard shift to work. Don’t miss it at all."

"Montbleu employment is pretty much a revolving door. With new ownership coming in, hopefully they will replace all current management. That is what caused this facility to hit the skids financially and continue in a downward spiral. HR is a joke. They don't want to hear from anyone and make sure that's known. All of management is the pits. With pay the employees get hit with "tip compliance" in addition to all tax deductions. Hours get cut so there's no way to get or keep benefits. Depending on which dept. you work in, there's always something or some excuse on management part to keep as much money as possible. With tip compliance what they include as your income they take out in full each paycheck as well. If you opt out, there's no way to find out what is accurate when you file your tax return. If they make the mistake you get stuck paying for it over and over again. Cons: see above review."

"always got to be quick to do you're work since is a fast pace hotel. ive learned how to manage my work pace and manage a group of workers under my wing. it was fun teaching new workers, how to perform and what was required of them. Cons: angry bosses"
