Mont-Tremblant Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback

From Everything.Sucks

Mont-Tremblant is a city in the Laurentian Mountains of Quebec, Canada, approximately 130 kilometres northwest of Montreal and 140 kilometres northeast of Ottawa, Ontario. The current municipality with city status was formed in 2000. Mont-Tremblant is most famous for its ski resort, the Mont-Tremblant Ski Resort, which is 7 kilometres from the village proper, at the foot of a mountain called Mont Tremblant.

Someone who visited said this in a review "If you're thinking of booking your international trip/holiday at Mont-Tremblant, think again. This is not worth the money. This is the least customer friendly place I've ever seen. I have been here many times before and with large groups. I deserve to be treated better. American and English speakers are not welcome here, I guess. But that's okay, since the skiing conditions are horrible, no snow ice capacity and ski lift operators are extremely rude and should supervise correctional facilities and not be in the hospitality business. Confusion with ski rental and ski lifts is constant and makes you feel like a criminal instead of treating you with respect. Customer is always right? But not in the places they don't care about. I ski all over the US and Europe and know how good a ski resort it should be. This one doesn't deserve my business anymore. Ski rental employees should be fired for not even apologizing for ruining Mont-Tremblant for me".
