"i sent money from there agent shop the money was sent to destination but my wife not recieved it ,being fobbed by agent go online when you go online no live chat ring number very rude and no help at all still in limbo go back to agent ,very unprofessional wouldnt reeccomend to anyone"

"Horrible experience. I created an account with MoneyGram. Transferred my first transfer. In 20 minutes I went to the app to check and couldn’t log into my account, because the app was saying that my password is not correct. When I try to reset my password it said that my account does not exist. I open my email and saw that my account was suspended, due to the fact that the account was identified as fraud or scam was no reason or description. I called customer service to unlock my account and ask for additional details but was told that my account cannot be restored and I’m forever blocked and can only use services through Bank. After talking with them they hang up on me, and no one called back. This is the first time I got blocked by anything and I work in IT and know how the security works, and it was frustrating that no one connected me to the IT department to prove my identity and unlock my account. I will never use MoneyGram if there’s other options of payment transfer."

"Dead company. I definitely do not recommend this them. IF you ever want to get blocked for no reason then try to use this stupid service. This company is dying."

"Horrible customer service no regard for peoples feelings or the way they are treating individuals please call service centers are outside the country everyone is treating us like they’re against us for some reason no respect they are in no way shape or form caring about the reputation of MoneyGram and they are not trying to resolve an issue with the lie about resolving issues and you’re not here to help. They put my money on hold they told me to have the sender call we did Carly said the money will be released in 15 minutes three hours later Money was still not released they said they were going to escalate the car to someone else the person who escalated the car to then hung up on me because they said that we need to send her to call again and all the questions were answered the first time did not want to give me the manager hung up on me when I ask for someone that was a higher up."
