Mmd Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback

From Everything.Sucks

MikuMikuDance (commonly abbreviated to MMD) is a freeware animation program that lets users animate and create 3D animated movies, originally produced for the Vocaloid character Hatsune Miku. The MikuMikuDance program itself was programmed by Yu Higuchi (HiguchiM) and has gone through significant upgrades since its creation.

A customer shares her thoughts on, "The thing is I’m trying to get a good MMD and I look at this one and thought it would be good... ok bad reasons that you can’t really even switch clothing and hairstyles nor can you change the color on the hair you have to work for the dances and people to have them dance. They are really expensive in coins but if you watch enough short vids you could get it... I mean they're not really short just a little long you only get like 25 coins from it and the first one you can get in for like 280 coins. I would really like for all of this stuff to change you can get free characters and change there style but of course, still have the videos in. The thing is there is not much emotion. I don’t really know anything good about this game other then at least you have a character and a dance... If you could please change these things I would very much appreciate it and I will try my best to like it is right now... again please change those things. Have a nice day! And yes again please change those things."

"Soyez un bon petit ouvrier ou robot , subissez la pression des chefs sans broncher, surtout ne dites rien fasse aux injustices, si vous voulez rester dans une entreprise toute votre vie ici c'est possible! Mais il faut être résigné sinon vous voudrez aller voir ailleurs. La direction ne veux rien entendre ni savoir, ils n'agissent pas face au mal être des employés qui sont nombreux! Si ils cherchent tout le temps du personnel , il y a forcément des questions à vous poser! Cons: Pression morale"

"This company cares more about its bottom line than its employees. They are lead by inexperienced leadership and I would expect the company to fail and be sold within a year."

Operator (Former Employee) says

"Horrifically managed. There is a lack of communication and direction. It seems like no one, including management and "higher ups" know what's going on. Everyone knows a little, but there is no overall leadership. The training is next to non-existent. You are thrown to the wolves and then counseled when something isn't done right. There is no guidance or consistency. Will go back and forth from having steady work to having nothing and being sent home. Cons: Will drive you crazy, 10 minutes constitutes a "break", . poor management"

"The training desperately need to be more in depth. First of all, there is no trainer. There are just shift leads that barely know the job processes. Everyone trains everyone therefore, rules and instructions are repeatedly broken and not followed. There is a lot of miscommunication and the technicians are extremely rude and their language is very offensive. Problems often go unresolved. This place lacks organization."

"un groupe tres bien avec diverses realisations"

Budtender/ shift supervisor (Former Employee) says

"High volume store had no real organization to controling the amount of people coming in. The employee's , leader's and some management made it fun and worth it. The bad part was the GM he was a very poor leader. He started w his attacking employees instead of fixing the situation w solutions. Fired people because he acts on emotions and not for the business. Degrades employees and has them all scared. Hes not a team builder. He doesn't find solutions or plans he isn't organized w his employees and a VERY UNAPROACBLE man. All employees have agreed on his lack of communication skills and he wants to be a bully not a boss and a motivator. Cons: General Manager"

Machine Opperator (Former Employee) says

"It wasn't a very fun place to work. It wasn't my preferred occupation, and that probably made it less fun. It was a job I took as an emergency, I had to in order to survive. Cons: We had decent breaks"
