Mgo Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback

From Everything.Sucks

Magnesium oxide (MgO), or magnesia, is a white hygroscopic solid mineral that occurs naturally as periclase and is a source of magnesium (see also oxide). It has an empirical formula of MgO and consists of a lattice of Mg2+ ions and O2− ions held together by ionic bonding. Magnesium hydroxide forms in the presence of water (MgO + H2O → Mg(OH)2), but it can be reversed by heating it to separate moisture.

Mgo can cause bad side effects such as diarrhea, vomiting, and nausea, Nanasgirl shared a review at

"I started this medicine at the suggestion of my D.O. as my magnesium levels were very low and I had bad leg cramps. It did help the cramps quite a bit and my blood levels did return to normal. However, I began to have bad bouts of nausea and vomiting and occasional diarrhea that I had to take additional medication to stop. I took 400 mg but was never advised to take it with food."

Auditor (Former Employee) says

"Be wary of anything management says, most likely 80% fake. Poor culture. Partner and managers are a bunch of bullies hazing new hires for sport. Not sure if the partner knows much. Technicality. Very poor. Felt embarrassed when the partner would discuss the engagement with the client and would just talk off his butt but not know anything. Shows how much he cares about the business and the clients. Compensation. Very low compared to other firms. The partner sells it by saying you'll work less hours than other firms but due to their poor or barely nonexistent recruitment process, you probably be working big 4 hours with big 4 pay but no big 4 pay on your resume. Cons: Where to start..... think of all the cons that you can possibly think of and there you go."

Staff (Former Employee) says

"The upper management and partners clearly do not care about their staff here. They do not try to seek out helping you advance professionally and use you more of as a prop than anything. You would think at a smaller firm that this would be something they can capitalize on but it's completely false. There's better engagement and higher ups at other firms from my experience. There is a lack of a familial culture. Do not recommend working here because to them you're disposable."
