Mercedes-Benz (German: [mɛɐ̯ˈtseːdəsˌbɛnts, -dɛs-]) is both a German automotive marque and, from late 2019 onwards, a subsidiary (Mercedes-Benz AG) of Daimler AG. Mercedes-Benz is known for producing luxury vehicles and commercial vehicles. The headquarters is in Stuttgart, Baden-Württemberg. The name first appeared in 1926 under Daimler-Benz.

Teaching Men's Fashion mentioned why Mercedes-Benz are awful cars, "It's basic: For a $90,000 car, this look like your basic mom car. You buy a Porsche, a GTR or a Corvette, people are going to break necks and stare at your car. With a Mercedes, it just looks like a normal sedan with a loud exhaust. So if you want a car that turns heads, don’t get a Mercedes. If you want to see how a real sports-sedan is designed, look at the Audi RS7, that’s a sexy beast. Depreciate: This car is a tin-can when it comes to evaluation. Let’s take a $100,000 Mercedes car, in three years, you can get the same car for about $50,000. You might say that every car depreciates, but then why does a 2012 GTR still cost $70,000 or a Z06 from the same year for the upper 60s. If you’re in the market of losing money, go ahead and buy a Mercedes, it’s pretty much the same thing. They spend more time in the shop than on the road: Every time I go to the Mercedes dealership, I see more people in line for service than actual buyers. Let’s be honest, Mercedes breaks down all the time."

"Sprinter techs get paid flat rate at this dealer ship when they are supposed to be getting hourly team leaders do not care about giving you work or training you at the least will try to get you in at the lowest pay and try to keep you there for as long as you can sprinter team leader always came in late and probably still does. They won’t train you there they will send you away for training instead of training you at the dealer ship and if your hourly team leaders try to steal your hours since there flat rate Poor pay poor management"

"A empresa piorou MUITO desde que meu pai trabalhou lá iniciando em 1999. Piorou MUITO. É TANTO problema que nem vou me dar trabalho de citar tudo tudo. A empresa é um n0jo, e tem muito funcionário que sofreu lavagem cerebral pra falar bem da empresa, a maioria faz isso pra se achar superior aos outros. Most poorly managed facility I have ever seen or heard of in any profession. Managers out of the loop and lie on associates to protect their incompetence. "start the day with lack of loaner cars - over promise customers - not everyone shows up to work on time - hardest part of the job is looking into your customer telling them there car is not ready....most enjoyable part of job is when you walk out the door..noneno time for lunch - parts department works as well oiled machine. service not so."

"They do not appreciate staff. To many chiefs and not enough indians. There was only one higher member of staff that showed any appreciation for anything you done. I have never seen such a big turn over of staff. That speaks volumes. If you want a job that you can do no problem and feel that you are appreciated for a goods days work do not go to Mercedes Benz"

"I wanted to work in the auto industry ever since I was a kid, but Mercedes killed my passion, they do not care about their employees that are busting their backs for them they only care about the selfish salesmen and service advisers. I personally left this place because I was tired of working 8+ hour shifts and getting disrespected for working as hard as humanly possible. Every worker there is miserable."

"This is the worst work experience in my life. They swear to you a lot for a simple question you ask, they are bunch of liar with nice suits and Rolex watches, Manager treat you as number. No training, at first they said will provide training but in reality they just put you with customer and ask you to figure things out by your self. Its like a "Mafia" role play in this industry, which is kinda stupid for adults to act like this in the real world as this is 2020. Coworker could just come to you and talk bad and sometimes racist stuff just to ruin your day. Manager give leads to their favorite person, only."

"Warranty hours are terrible in the US and its getting worse every year, Sometimes I feel like a slave, working for the factory for peanuts. For over 20 years my body took a toll. Sure you are young now, but 20 years later you will fell your body breaking down. The money and rewards are with the suits and pencil pushers. The hardworking and breathing hazardous fumes is what you will be looking for everyday and you are not appreciated one bid, specially with the dumb service advisors who know nothing about the product. I wish they could be replaced by a robot, so the right questions and information will reach the custome"

"Mercedes-Benz of Danbury has the worst management and terrible turnover. They don’t even allow employees to use a coffee cup. employees are overworked and under compensated while the managers do nothing"

"The company looks fantastic on paper but as soon as you enter on your first day you will realise what a big mistake it was accepting a position at this company. Managers are unprofessional, rude and aggressive. The working hours are non existent as majority of the teams are working additional hours every evening and weekends just to achieve their objectives."

"Germans have all the power. Unless you are German or spanish you don't have a chance of succeeding. There are Americans that can do better at the jobs filled by the expats. The product is made very poorly and has hours of repairs before its sent to dealerships. Why anyone would buy a Mercedes Benz van is beyond me. They should ask for their money back."
