Lifewater Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback
Lifewater International is a non-profit Christian water development organization serving the world’s rural poor through integrated water, sanitation, and hygiene programs. In 40 years, Lifewater has served 2.5 million people in 40 countries. Currently Lifewater is headquartered in San Luis Obispo, California, with field offices in Uganda, Ethiopia, and Cambodia.
Lifewater CEO doesn't trust employees and treats them very poorly, according to a current employee at glassdoor.com
"While the CEO is really good at his job and at knowing how to run an organization like Lifewater, he treats his employees very poorly, expects too much from everyone, micromanages every aspect of the organization, doesn't trust his employees to do their jobs without his final approval, and yells at people for minor things. There is no functioning HR department for an organization with over 200 employees. While there is a written employee handbook that everyone is supposed to abide by and employees are written up for not following it, CEO and others in leadership do not follow it and there is no oversight to hold them accountable."
