"Buyer Beware. I paid for expedited shipping and I still do not have my order. The customer service online and by phone is horrible. I spoke to Erick and Jahzeel on chat and they were so rude about the shipping and acted as if they were not concerned at all. I decided to call and spoke to a rep by the name of Joe who was extremely rude. If I ever receive my order, I will never order from Jessica London again. Ironically I placed an order with Roamans back in the spring and received my items on time. Both of these of companies are under the Full Beauty umbrella and Jessica Londons customer service is making them look bad. I do appreciate the floor supervisor Joanna attempting to make things right."

"BUYER BEWARE-this was my first-and last order from them. I ordered $600 of tops on 9/25. I paid express shipping. Still don’t have the items, and it will be October 13, (yesterday it said delivery October 9 today it says October 13). I ordered express as I needed these before a 2 week trip. I’ll not be getting them in time with their EXPRESS SHIPPING TAKING 3 WEEKS I will be returning all for full refund. They split the order into 2 shipments, and one has not even shipped yet. ’ll be glad to involve the BBB and Attorney General if need be-as well as their CEO IF THEY DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING. THEY FRAUDULENTLY POST A DATE YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR ITEMS TO GRT YOU TO ORDER-THEN DO AS THEY PLEASE DELAYING ORDER-AND TOLD ME THEY COULD NOT FIND TRACKING AND CALL BACK IN 2/3 DAYS. REALLY!!!"

THE GIFT CARDS WERE FOR PRIOR PURCHASES I HAD MADE, BUT HAD NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND ! AFTER MAKING MY PURCHASE, I RECEIVED A LETTER FROM SET COMPANY ABOVE STATING THAT THEY WOULD LIKE TO THANK ME FOR MY INTEREST IN FULLBEAUTY BRANDS , MUCH TO THEIR REGRET, THEY MUST INFORM ME THAT A CAREFUL REVIEW OF MY CUSTOMER HISTORY WITH FULLBEAUTY BRANDS CATALOGS HAS REVEALED THEIR INABILITY TO SERVICE ME TO THEIR STANDARDS !
