Hollande Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback

THE FINANCIAL TIME published a piece about François Hollande´s affair allegations back in January 2014
Hugh Carnegy in Paris JANUARY 10 2014 As if he did not have enough troubles battling a weak economy and record low approval ratings, French president François Hollande was forced to react publicly on Friday to allegations that he was having an affair with an actress. Mr. Hollande said he “deeply deplored” what he called an attack on his privacy, adding that he was considering legal action against a magazine that published a series of photographs purporting to show him arriving and departing on the back of a scooter for an assignation with the supposed lover. Mr. Hollande shares the Elysée Palace with his partner Valérie Trierweiler, a journalist on Paris Match magazine, who acts as France’s first lady although the two are not married. On a day of some embarrassment for his socialist government, ministers were forced to answer questions on the issue whenever they appeared in public. Neither they nor Mr. Hollande denied the affair. Mr. Hollande, the most unpopular postwar president, is weighed down with problems, from rising unemployment to the deployment of French troops in the murderous Central African Republic. The alleged affair will make an unwelcome distraction when he faces the media at a press conference on Tuesday meant to persuade the public he is turning around the economy. But there is no certainty that the news will further damage his image. French presidents have long been known for their eventful love lives, at no cost to their popularity. Jacques Chirac’s amorous propensities earned him a colorful reputation: “five minutes, including shower”. Valéry Giscard d’Estaing once crashed his car into a milk lorry at dawn on a visit to a lover. François Mitterrand had a daughter by a longstanding mistress, although his shadow family was only publicly revealed after his death. Mr. Hollande issued his statement after a gossip magazine called Closer published a seven-page report alleging that the president was having an affair with Julie Gayet, a film actress. Photographs published by Closer claimed to show Mr. Hollande and Ms. Gayet both paying overnight visits to an apartment near the Elysée Palace at the end of last year. The magazine said a male figure pictured arriving and leaving the apartment as a scooter passenger was Mr. Hollande, although his head was covered by a black helmet. Closer showed pictures of a man it identified as a presidential bodyguard also visiting the apartment, including arriving with a bag of croissants in the morning. Mr. Hollande billed himself as “President Normal” when he defeated his predecessor Nicolas Sarkozy, whose very public romance and subsequent marriage while in the office to former supermodel Carla Bruni partly earned him his “bling-bling” image. But Mr. Hollande’s own colorful personal life has been the focus of public attention previously. Ms Trierweiler has had a strained relationship with Ségolène Royal, Mr. Hollande’s former partner of 30 years and herself a former presidential candidate in 2007 and mother of Mr Hollande’s four children. Shortly after Mr. Hollande was elected in May 2012, Ms Trierweiler posted a tweet in support of a dissident Socialist candidate who went on to defeat Ms Royal in parliamentary elections the following month. Ms. Gayet appeared alongside Mr. Hollande in a presidential campaign video in 2012, calling him “humble” and “fantastic”. The closer magazine said on Friday evening it would remove its feature about the alleged affair from its website following a demand from Ms Gayet’s lawyers. But it stood by the veracity of the story and said no demand had been made to stop print sales.

Cons: zeer slechte managment"
Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) says"the communication was terrible, no one was ever on the same page. they dont train you nearly enough if at all, and when you ask questions they just give you the answer and youre stuck still not knowing how to do something. their programs are constantly crashing and then you get doct hours for something completely out of your control. i was only there for a short time bc they laid mw off the day before christmas eve along with the entire team that i started with. the only thing good about this place was the pay IF you werent doct for stupid things like bathroom breaks and your computer (that they provide) freezes out of your control"
Forklift Operator (Former Employee) says"I didn't get paid after being there 3wks. They had problems with direct deposit. Even after that my checks were short about 5 different times. Was also told I'd get certain pay and job assignments to go 3rd shift. When I went 3rd shift they did not hold up there end of the deal. There's no chance for advancing unless your Latino. There was 25 advancements while I was there. Only 2 of the 25 people weren't Latino. They have the worse management and supervision I ever worked for. Cons: Everything about the company"
Cons: tutto, disorganizzazione totale"

Seasonal Mail Handler (Current Employee) says"Unless you want to be over worked durning peak season with no off days and work long shifts. Although it’s to many family members there so if anything happens if you’re not any kind to management you will lose your job. Cons: No off days long hours and unfair work environment"
Operations Supervisor (Former Employee) says"you are treated like a piece of meat with no regard to work/life balance and expected to go back to work at a moment's notice. no additional compensation is given for additional hours spent working and weekends are mandatory."
Materials executive (Former Employee) says"Very bad work conditions at pune site. At DHL talegaon site is very bad conditions to work. Also the manager is not cooperative to employees they dont any kind of responsibility."
Operations Supervisor (Former Employee) says"Zero star rating, maybe if you are new out of college it might be worth a try. If you enjoy 60 plus hours per week on a very low salary without any overtime pay, no bonus, etc. They do not give pay raises. No internal HR department, benefits are below average. Concepts on a professional level are outdated by over 30 years. They are not profitable enough to have a budget, or any continuous improvements. They are the classic bait and switch from the job interview to daily operations. Very high turnover where a warm body is all they require for their hourly staff. Not the worst place I've seen, but definitely bottom of the barrel. I recommend passing this opportunity over, unless it's a last resort as it was in my case. I quit and walked out on them after daily harassments. Managers are qualified, just not experienced in advance business concepts in lean. Cons: Substandard employer"
Packer (Former Employee) says"Dhl was a good place to work for at 1st then they started to change things. We had 9 different supervisors that left in a short amount of time. There is no communication in this place!! Group coordinators favors the people they like! And it’s gotten worse. You have group coordinators run and tell management what you do and lying on you! Management even has there favorite people like bryant favorite is heather! Cons: Favoritism"

Cons: always take one side"
MAIL SORTER (Former Employee) says"Went to area to sort mail, never had support from co-workers, everybody had negative attitudes, learned real quick management played favorites, double standards on certain people who were exempt from FOLLOWING COMPANY POLICY. Cons: Management & Supervisors play favorites"
Delivery Driver (Former Employee) says"The managers are overly emotional and disrespectful. you dont have time to even stop to take a bathroom break sometimes..no time for lunch...unless you eat while you drive which is dangerous...their equipment is way behind the times...the DHL in america is trash and should let other carrier services take over...the most unorganized carrier I ever worked with. Cons: no breaks, no lunch, bad pay."
VNA Driver (Former Employee) says"People can't have a laugh anymore , company policy forbids banter. The management who of some have been on the shop floor do not allow any kind of levity. Cons: No fun."
E Commerce Specialist (Former Employee) says"Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever worked for. The managers were very unprofessional and very abusive in their language. I left and so glad I did! Cons: Everything!"
Air/Ocean Import Brokerage Coordinator (Former Employee) says"Horrible Place to work. Cons: Harassment"
Magazynier (Former Employee) says"Przezucaja z kata na kat jest bardzo nie milo itp. Cons: Rozkaldaja pensje nie raz na raty"
Forklift Operator (Former Employee) says"I was terminated in my first week of training. The reason I was given by my operations manager, (never met) over the phone after my second day when I got home. The reason was the following. I was feeling warm and sweaty so I went to get my temp checked during my training, and second, I received a call from my VA diabetic endocrinologist that I took after parking and exiting my lift to answer off the floor. My trainer knew of both of these situations. Never talked to my supervisor or operations manager before this phone call. Obviously this company is not concerned about employee health and have other priorities. Cons: Easy to get hired. Not much needed."
Picker/Packer (Former Employee) says"At the supply chain its picking and packing food, and I won't lie it has to be the worst place I have worked at, right now during covid, everyone is required to wear masks and stay 2 metres away, but a lot of them refuse to wear masks, and get up close to you, and the managers couldn't care less, I work here from an agency and the agency workers suffer from hostile and horrible dhl contracted employees, the toilets are disgusting for the workers with missing doors on the cubicles and urine everywhere, not to mention the graffiti on the walls, honestly the only good thing about working here was the food from the canteen, the woman who owns it is lovely and makes wonderful food, other than that I urge to just stay away unless you wanna have your mental health decline the worst it ever has ever before... Cons: Everything else"
