Jeff H shared a review in sitejabber.com saying "I was excited to try the dark chocolate KitKat only to find it melted in one big chunk and wouldn't "break". Very disappointing" while Frank A complained "I recently purchased a mixed bag of chocolate candy and they were pretty good until I got whooper and it was very hard, I was not a very happy person"
"The regular Hershey's chocolate bar is overrated: It's mediocre chocolate in the grand scheme of things and there is nothing else inside it" an anonymous user shared in reddit.
Quantumsquid, a member of neoGAF Forum wrote "After you eat good chocolate from a place that knows how to make chocolate properly, eating Hershey's feels like eating something not meant for human consumption, like toxic waste or perhaps more accurately the feces of a small dog that eats the contents of its owner's medicine cabinet regularly"
