GKN plc is a British multinational automotive and aerospace components business headquartered in Redditch, Worcestershire. It is a long-running business known for many decades as Guest, Keen and Nettlefolds. It can trace its origins back to 1759 and the birth of the Industrial Revolution. The company's name is the initials of three early figures in its history: John Guest, Arthur Keen, and Joseph Henry Nettlefold. All three were key figures in the field of iron and steel during the Industrial Revolution.

Former Employee - Setup says"Management is ethically bankrupt. Retaliation is allowed to go on. Supervisors are related to HR employees. Supervisors have zero respect for you as an employee. They hired a a supervisor externally that acts like a terrorist. He seems to bend all the rules for the trashy women they have hired. He crosses lines a lot sharing people's personal business/medical issues with your co workers. He doesn't know how to listen to anyone. They no longer require a CRC certificate and the quality of people they are bringing in the door are the equivalent to fast food workers. Never take anything to HR they will assist the mentally challenged supervisors on how to retaliate against you. Some new hires have had complaints about smoking meth in the bathroom and nothing was done about it as in a drug test. If you have a decent work ethic and care even a little bit about your personal life never work here. I've worked in a lot of places and never have I been treated so horribly at a company."

It took me 5 MONTHS to get ahold of HR to report an abusive supervisor that HR REGULARLY hangs out with. Needless to say nothing was done. The only time this place is even remotely safe is when an Inspector is around. Absolutely DO NOT recommend, especially if youre a skilled worker. Go anywhere else."

Underpaid technical staff, company culture is poor to nonexistent, absolutely no accountability for operations, unbelievable waste, poor facilities, disconnected senior leadership. Totally unqualified ops/production managers. Poor supplier relationships. Poor work life balance (many operators worked 7 days a week because the product was never on time). Unpaid weekend work for engineers."

Richard says"Don't get involved. Haven't lost a lot of cash but, the code they sent didn't work. I reported it, and received a reply that didn't offer to resolve it, then they asked for screen shots, I sent them, then they said it had been accessed after I tried to redeem it - which does not make sense. They have had a full 5 working days to resolve or provide a refund, but nothing. Not getting anywhere. Not even replying any more."
