Fruit Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback

From Everything.Sucks

In botany, a fruit is the seed-bearing structure in flowering plants (also known as angiosperms) formed from the ovary after flowering.

Daniel mentioned, "Fruit fucking sucks. If you want something healthy, eat a vegetable. If you want something sweet, eat some candy. You can’t have both stop trying to play God."

Worker (Former Employee) says

"Work too much, enjoy life a lot less. You give them the benefit of the doubt for things to change, they do but only for the Worst.Management is not good. You can go to the extremes and do 99 things but management will notice the one thing you didn’t do. Saturdays are never occasional. Saturdays are usually posted bright and early On a Monday morning. Lucky employees you are not also over worked but nothing to look forward to all week long besides breaks, lunches and payday. Cons: Over worked"

Material Handler (Former Employee) says

"STAY away from this place nothing about it is good the pay is bad. you can make more money at walmart. they lie to you about not having to work weekends when you work just about every saturday there is. there is no moving up with the company. they never hire anyone and the they hire quite bc all they do is treat there workers like trash you dont get any bonus. Cons: work you for little pay"

Shipping and Receiving (Current Employee) says

"worst place ever only apply if desprate for work an can't get a job else where forced to work every weekend no time of special treatment for the supervisor lazy drinking freinds Cons: everything understaffed, poorly paid, no supervision, tons of injuries accoring dailey, 3rd degree burns ect"

Packout Operator (Former Employee) says

"When hired was informed one or two Saturdays a month, but not every month. Before I left I had worked every single Saturday for 3 months. 1st and second shift would do bare minimum and 3rd shift was expected to make up the slack. With no support from management , the other shifts were over staffed while 3rd shift had to make do with a skeleton crew. Cons: poor staffing, no front office support"

Tote Washer/Forklift Operator (Former Employee) says

"Never completely my training after 6 months. Rotating employees. New hires weekly most lasted few days. Worst HR I've ever delt with. Facility management has a temper, throw things and yells at employees for his or leadership screw ups. Was let go after I complained and was told i quit which i didn't do."

Maintenance Mechanic (Former Employee) says

"Agrana Fruit has a poor management structure and expects employees to do THEIR work for them. They treat people pooly and the pay scale is extremely low. If you are between jobs and need a tempoary fill in than that is about all they are good for. You should avoid tham at any cost Cons: Management is arrogant, condesending and lies"

Forklift Operator/cook (Current Employee) says

"Overnight shift lacks tremendously the proper management for a team to be successful. Hard workers are usually the ones to receive backlash for anything wrong that may take place as to where individuals less concerned about a job period are praised and given ample opportunity for advancement. All problems are sent to HR whom only sends everything to corporate for a decision. The company itself its great but working there overnight, be prepared to deal with more than your usual job related problems Cons: Terrible overnight management"

Inventory Scheduler (Former Employee) says

"I would not recommend this place. The culture is fear based and the employees are penalized for everything. It doesn't matter how many times you stay late or what you do if you are late even a minute you are penalized. Cons: ran through fear"

Maintenance Technician (Former Employee) says

"Avoid this place at any cost. They do not pay well and do NOT care one iota about emoyees. Maint manager knows nothing about maint. Management yells and screams at employees. Training is pitifuloenon existant. Realy this place should only beconsidered if you are truly desperatefor a job, then find something better Cons: It is like ro.poroom or advanced Highschool"

Product Development Manager (Former Employee) says

"Overall poor leadership"

Anonymous (Former Employee) says

"Horrible management, do not care about employees at all, good employees are forced to work with people who can’t or won’t pull their weight, the pace is too fast for the number of employees, company stresses safety but doesn’t follow their own rules, management only cares about production and how fast they can get product out whether they have enough people to do it or not. The more you can do the more they pile on you. It just plain sucks. It’s physically difficult. You never sit down. They want you to work 12 hour days, sometimes 7 days a week to meet production. People call out all the time so people who have already worked a full shift have to take half their shift. Just say no."

Quality Technician (Former Employee) says

"This was the most horrible job I’ve ever had. The job culture was to produce more, more, more with inadequate staffing. So the result was to overwork the people they did have. As a result everyone was exhausted and irritable. Many people would quit or not show up which made the ones with a good work ethic even more abused. The expectations were driven by the greed of the plant management. Management couldn’t care less about their employees or how hard and long they had to work . They frequently asked certain employees to work over, sometimes for weeks at a time. The starting wage is not enough to pay bills for an average family. The working conditions are hot and wet and physically difficult. Cons: Everything else"

employer (Former Employee) says

"I recommend not to work here if you want to live your life with peace.. Cons: Mental stress, long working hours, no free time. Seriously they don't give time even to loo so forget of having lunch peacefully."

Laborer (Former Employee) says

"Not enough management on the floor. Constantly had to pull other people's weight. At the end of the week you couldn't go home until all cleaning was done."

Production Worker (Former Employee) says

"place is a joke. completely incompetent management. Cons: treated like garbage, management utterly incompetent"

Packer (Former Employee) says

"The manger all lies to you they don’t care about your family time. They make you work 12 and Saturday not go there. They don’t care we work Saturdays if mangers get there weekend off they are happy"

"its all about who you know that will get you anywhere in this company. Supervisors are very disrespectful and will talk down to you like you are not good enough. Cons: disrespectful management"
