Folgers Coffee is a brand of coffee produced in the United States, and sold there, in Canada and in Mexico. It forms part of the food and beverage division of The J.M. Smucker Company. Since the early 1990s, it has been the largest-selling ground coffee in the United States.


A coffee connoisseur said "Coffee drinker for 55 years; as much as 30 cups per day. I am very disappointed in past 6 months of Folgers due to greasy/oily bitter coffee. Switched last week to major competitor and don't have greasy bitter coffee. I would like to know what has changed with Folgers."

Called customer service and got a very unhelpful and unfriendly person on the phone. She claimed that it's out of stock. Two days after the call the item is back on their site at full price, Really? Then why wasnt the sale price honored? Completely horrible company that should be avoided at all cost! Spend your hard earned money somewhere else!"
Brad says "Don't even bother doing business with this company! I placed an order for a Keurig K1500 and they canceled it. Items are still showing available on the website. Called customer service and got a very unhelpful and unfriendly person on the phone. She claimed that it's out of stock. When I asked about it being restocked, she said she didn't know if it ever would be. Really? Then why is it still for sale on the website?? They immediately took the money out of my account when I placed the order, then it took over a week for them to figure out that it was out of stock. And now it could take days for the money to show back up in my account. Completely horrible online shopping experience with this company! Spend your hard earned money somewhere else! CoffeeForLess, thanks for nothing!! You have lost another customer!!"
