Crédit Agricole Group, sometimes called "la banque verte" due to its historical ties to farming, is the world's largest cooperative financial institution. It consists of a network of Crédit Agricole local banks, the 39 Crédit Agricole regional banks, and a central institute, the Crédit Agricole S.A in 1990.
A former director mentioned, "Incompetent and awful CIO at Crédit Agricole is managing his team by fear, intimidating and treating them harshly. The staff is totally demotivated because of his awful management. No career path possible unless you are part of his friends or French."
