Sales Representative (Former Employee) says"You are only as good as your last sale! Over the years, this job has gone from a great place to work to the worst place to work! Cons: Managers on your back"
IHX manager (Current Employee) says"We have an option to work virtual in a pandemic but they do not allow it due to greed. They put up a front calling us front line workers but we really are just selling cellphones to people all over out of residences in installation appointments. The most greedy no compassion having organization and leadership i have ever worked for. They don't deserve a star. Every day your job is threatened and you are assigned punishment for early or late meetings outside of business hours if your are not to plan. There is not strategic thinking here to coach individuals just punishment and threats to get you to quit as you are replaceable. Cons: Everything"
Manager (Former Employee) says"Bad place. No opportunities to advance if you are a minority or are disabled in anyway. Like a sweatshop. Just stay away. Health benefits are way too pricey"
No existe crecimiento. Uno esperaría más de esta empresa Cons: Todo."
AT&T Sales consultant (Current Employee) says"AT&T is a terrible company to work for, management is not supervised enough and some leave during the work day while clocked in. Lots of favoritism and hypocrisy. And sick days are not respected. We are not permitted to go into overtime and we are practically forced to work while clocked out for break or we often have to clock out to avoid going into overtime and we have to continue working. Dms and managers mistreat customers and reps are blamed for it. Dms and managers get away with anything Cons: Management, work on breaks while clocked out, no overtime. Overworked, favoritism"
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) says"Work hours can change the day before your shift with no advance notice. Very toxic work environment. No on-site HR. The company refuses to let employees work from home during pandemic."
Sales Representative (Former Employee) says"If you decide to work for this company, make sure everything that the managers tell you is documented and if they communicate with you through text messages, make sure you take screenshots of the convo. They will use you as a scapegoat for their mistakes after clearly instructing you to do so. They also will get promoted for your work and effort, but will fire you so they wont get blamed for their actions on what they asked you to do. Cons: They will use you and spit you out."
Sales Representative (Former Employee) says"You think your co workers are there to teach you only to cheat you out of your own commission because you’re the new one to the team. Lost over 1600 my first pay check and was told by management “should’ve known how to play the game.” How was supposed to if I didn’t even know how it worked? Make you think you’re friends until your pay check comes in....what bunch of..."

Integrated solutions consultant (Current Employee) says"AT&T does not care of your well being or work ,life balance all you are is a number to them. That’s only their to make sales you could have the best attitude ever and good work ethics but will never get promotion, it all depends who you know and how much you could brown nose horrible company to work for.The cutler of this company has changed so much since I started 9 years ago, Cons: Healthcare not good"
Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) says"I have been working at AT&T for 3 months now and 9 out of my 15 person class has quit. My manager just sits there and does nothing. We get talked down to like we are children. They never went over benefits or the commission. They never went over what our stats mean. They don’t take any of us seriously. If you have school, another job, or are a single parent they WILL NOT cater around your schedule. Don’t believe them. Also, they hand out SUPER CHEAP equipment and have you use about 8 different systems at once, but those systems crash constantly while you have to track your own stats AND you’re not allowed ANY wrap up time. If you’re a robot with no feelings or a pulse this job is perfect for you. You get medical benefits after 3 months but you don’t get the other benefits until after 6 months. There’s a union. You can’t use them until you’ve been with the company for 3-6 months but you pay for it starting day one. Cons: Benefits/pay/management/equipment"

Retail Sales Consultant (Former Employee) says"The manager has to like you in order for you to advance. Oh and you have to be young and pretty. Also, don’t apply if you have a disability. It doesn’t matter how good you are at your job. Cons: Seniority is based on tenure not performance, favoritism. Don’t have a disability echase you will never advance."
Retail Sales Consultant (Former Employee) says"They suck to work for. Always felt like managers hovered over you. They review your whole transaction while helping customers and make the customers uncomfortable and pressured."
