Excedrin Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback

From Everything.Sucks

Excedrin is an over-the-counter headache pain reliever, typically in the form of tablets or caplets. It contains paracetamol (acetaminophen), aspirin, and caffeine. Until late 2005 it was manufactured by Bristol-Myers Squibb, but in July 2005 it was purchased by Novartis, along with other products from BMS's over-the-counter business. As of March 2015, GSK holds majority ownership of Excedrin through a joint venture transaction with Novartis. Excedrin was one of the top ten selling over-the-counter medicine brands in the United States. There are other brands on the market that contain the same combination of drugs, such as the Roter APC tablets available in Europe.

Excedrin causes a bad reaction due to caffeine, according to Kay at drugs.com, she ended up in a hospital.

"I had the worst experience taking Excedrin for the first time. I ended up in the hospital shortly after due to having a bad reaction to the caffeine in this medicine. My heart began racing and jumped to 130 bpm and kept rising. I began feeling faint and was rushed to the hospital. Although my migraine went away, it was not a pleasant experience. Be aware if you are sensitive to caffeine."

"Just read the other reviews. They are all spot on. I've NEVER had such a terrible experience with a retailer. If, however, you decide to ignore literally everyone else's review, do yourself a favor and use PayPal or some other such service that will help get your money back for fraudulent items. These people won't acknowledge you after they have your money. Also, consider running to your local market and picking up some Excedrin for the inevitable headache."

"I bought a portable ionic water bottle from Casescene that didn't work. Its been 4 months and countless emails trying to get a replacment or refund which they said they would but still havent. Now they just ignore my emails altogether"

"Ordered a brand name product and received a knock off. Contacted company and never received any responses. Wasted 70 dollars on this company. DO NOT buy anything from them. Wish you could give zero stars because that's what they deserve."

Bonnie Fuhrman says

"Never order from this company. I ordered 2 fairies at two different times. They were to be in before Christmas. When I still had not received them in January I tried contacting them and my phone calls never went through. I finally received them after contacting my credit card company. They came directly from China in flimsy bubble wrap in the original package. The boxes were busted as well as the fairy. Again tried contacting them and did not get a response. NEVER, NEVER order from them. Scam!"
