Cozaar Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback
Losartan, sold under the trade name Cozaar among others, is a medication mainly used to treat high blood pressure. It is also used for diabetic kidney disease, heart failure, and left ventricular enlargement. It is taken by mouth. It may be used alone or in addition to other blood pressure medication. Up to six weeks may be required for the full effects to occur. Common adverse effects include muscle cramps, stuffy nose, cough, high blood potassium, and anemia. Severe adverse effects may include angioedema, low blood pressure, and kidney problems.
Kells took Cozaar for her high blood pressure and wrote about it in August 2019 on the portal DRUGS:
"I started Losartan/HCTZ 50mg/12.5 mg on 8/26/19; since then my blood pressure has gone down from 134/98 to 121/72, but I'm now having SEVERE anxiety, lightheadedness, ear pressure, and weird head tingling. I started due to pulsatile tinnitus, but the side effects are much worse!"
