Compliance Officer (Former Employee) says

"Lack of empathy and respect was the hallmark of this employer while antipathy toward white people by many in management was noticeable. The lack of ethics combined with the short range view focusing on constant petty cost cutting and indifference toward building commaraderie, trust, or morale resulted in a widespread dissatisfaction and high turnover. Avoid if possible. Cons: Low pay relative to work and responsibiilties, lack of ethics, favoritism, obvious desire by managers "of color" to only hire other "people of color", very limited and superficial culture of compliance, no opportunity or chance to manage up, no holidays recognized at all."

Revenue Auditor (Current Employee) says

"very productive, a lot of paperwork, and attention to detail. Cons: offsite parking, security"

Operations Supervisor/Manager (Former Employee) says

"Nothing good to say. I was told by a director that I was a supervisor after being told I was not by a manager who didnt communicate with the director. In the end, they laid me off after the manager had insulted and demeaned me via phone call that I recorded... went to HR and got cold shouldered. Worst experience in any work field for anyone who wants to work operations. Cons: Unorganized, poor management. Chain of command is a disgrace."

Event Coordinator Concierge (Former Employee) says

"No flexibility in schedule"

Bartender (Former Employee) says

"Compensation doesnt match the stress or the amount of work they ask of you on a daily basis"

VP Information Technology (Former Employee) says

"Not an ideal place for work life balance, the leadership team is difficult to work with. The culture is not a positive environment, turnover is over 50%."

Executive Assistant (Current Employee) says

"The culture is great, wonderful staff, and great environment. This is a great company to work for if you are starting out your career. I highly recommend it for anyone right out of college. Cons: Benefits are not great, only 1 week of PTO, not much room for advancement."
