Cooking Channel is an American basic cable channel owned by Television Food Network, a joint venture and general partnership between Discovery, Inc. (69%) and Nexstar Media Group (31%). The channel is a spin-off of Food Network, broadcasting programming related to food and cooking.

Don mentioned, "Another signal of odd music overrides the Cooking Channel often. When this happens, either turn the volume completely down or change channels. This override turns a good program and should be stopped. I am on Dish Network and don't know if it is their problem or not."
