"I worked at BIMobject full-time for more than a year Cons: Constant change can be chaotic. Lots of personnel changes both through redundancy and voluntary leaving at all levels - There have been many CEOs. Even though it feels like although it’s very flat there are still two distinct tiers and communication between them feel a little like marketing and poorly delivered. Very top down management developing where decisions are made then people convinced to align. No kollektiv avtal. Victim of its own success - they grew fast but it seems some poor choices/lack of real strategy have wasted time and money and created problems for growth - now the money pot is drying up. No real fair pay structure and transparency - have been skipped for pay increment and told there are none but found out others have got it."
