Bills Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback

From Everything.Sucks

The Buffalo Bills are a professional American football team based in the Buffalo–Niagara Falls metropolitan area. The Bills compete in the National Football League (NFL) as a member club of the league's American Football Conference (AFC) East division. The team plays their home games at Bills Stadium in Orchard Park, New York. The Bills are the only NFL team that plays its home games in the state of New York. The Bills conduct summer training camp at St. John Fisher College in Pittsford, New York, an eastern suburb of Rochester.

A former employee said this in a review: "The business side is an impossible place for minorities. A culture built on unethical behavior, nepotism, favoritism and hostility. Headlines have covered nearly a dozen departures of primarily male executive in leaders, however, it hasn't improved the culture. Nearly every person of color has run out of Buffalo Bills for good reasons. The culture is disgraceful, particularly if you don't resemble the primary demographic of the organization".

senoir team member / waitress (Former Employee) says

"To me bills use to be fun at beginning , until the new manager came, i felt radical discriminanted against. i felt treated unfairly from management, i was losing my life slowly each day ,doing 15h almost everyday with short 1h breaks if its not to busy you might get 2 or 3 hours but depening on who´s working, many times on a 15 h shift your break will around 6pm even if you started 10 am or 9am because their favorite people get to go first , the shift layout is very bad. managers are fake and untrusthworthy, and will throw you under a bus if it means saving themseleves , they lie and do not care making you work when your ill or even got food poison . However they do give you a free meal on your break, to meals on a double shift , you get two days off, and the pay is good and you do meet long meaning friends there. Cons: very long hours, short break, unfair treatment, bad maangerment"

Even the happiest, friendliest wait staff end their shifts feeling horrible and like they don't want to work there anymore which is a shame because it used to be a really nice place to work.
