Εργαστηκα στο καταστημα περιστεριου,στον πεζοδρομο.Ενω ειχα τελεια συνεργασια με τις υπολοιπες συναδελφους η αδιαφορια του λογιστηριου και γενικα των κεντρικων γραφειων ηταν απαραδεκτη μονο ενας ηταν συνεργασιμος να μας βοηθησει στο οτιδηποτε.Ο εργοδοτης ειχε απαισιο τροπο συμπεριφορας προς σε εμας και πολλες φορες μας εθιγε και μας μιλουσε με ασχημο τροπο.Εχουν γινει πολλα εκει μεσα αλλα αυτο που ηταν το χειροτερο ηταν οι αδηλωτες ωρες η οποιες δεν πληρωνοντουσαν και ο εξαναγκασμος να πληρωσουμε ακομα και την στολη του καταστηματος(μια μπλουζα μονο παρεπιπτωντος) λεγοντας μας ''σιγα τι ειναι τα 8 ευρω που θα δωσετε?''.Και επισης πολλες φορες μας ειχε απληρωτεσ.Εγω εφυγα μετα απο τσακωμο που ειχα με τον ιδιο οπου συνεχεια μου τονιζε το ποιος ειναι και να κανω τουμπεκι.Μακρια απο τις εμπορικες επιχειρησεις μελελουδη γενικα(εχει και αλλα μαγαζια σαν francise)"

"Really poor. Never using again. No returns label included in package. Unable to arrange a return with their carrier without one. Rang up put through told was probably left out because of Brexit. They told me because of my countries situation I would need a 3 page document I would need to print out and attach to package. But there is no returns number on it so I am unable to book the collection as the carrier cannot book the collection in without. Rang for second time said they would send a label. Feel I was being fobbed off. No one has! Wish me luck third time lucky ringing tomorrow. Terrible customer service."

"Scandalous. Bought a trouser, should be my size but still somehow 2 size smaller. Nevermind. Wanted to return but benetton and dpd website says it's in transit, even if I've received the parcel a few days before this. Sent an email asking them to help me create return. That was in the beginning of December 2020. Then sent another email a few days later, still no reply to any. How can this company still exist with "customer service" like this? Never ever again."

"Awful and incompetent customer service. Benneton delievered a tshirt labeled 3XL but showed to be way smaller (I ordered 5 tshirts for my son same size and the other 4 was perfect). Since I trusted the size tag when unwrapping I cut them off (they scratch) and didn’t realize the mistake before my son tried to wear it. I returned the tshirt, wishing for one in the right size instead,- but only received accusations about washing the tshirt (I didn’t and it is easy to recognize washed cotton from unwashed cotton I would say) and customer service didn’t even bother to look into the order, apparently the costomers saying is worthless. Don’t buy from this website. Or this brand. Plenty of great childrens wear out there and I see here that I am not the first to say that Benneton should be ashamed of their customer service!"

"Horrible!! I bought a coat online and it didn’t fit well so I wanted to return it. But when I filled the return form it’s saying ‘It is not possible to request a return for this order’. I am shocked as when I was buying online there was no disclaimer about it at all."

"The item I received was not the size I ordered. Not even close. Lots of friendly graphics enclosed telling me how easy returns are. When I went on-line a few days after receiving the item it said returns had to be applied for within 24 hours of delivery and therefore a return wouldn't be accepted. Why didn't it say this in the delivery info?? Must be deliberate. I feel like squeezing my under-carriage into them (28in waist shorts, I take a 34in) and parading around my local Benetton store to see what reaction I get. It wont be a pretty sight!!"

"This issue is unsolved since Dec 2019. Yes, 5 months ago, I bought 3 items. Then, return all those 3 items in the next day. 2 weeks later, they refunded me 2 of them. They didn't refund me the third item. I kept emails/calls them a hundred times since last Dec. They still no refund for the third one. So I have to contact my bank and ask for help. My bank can't help with anything, I contacted my bank many time, but they said it's unsolved since they can't contact with the seller or whatever reason. Such a hopeless in both ways. To be honest. I have to accept that I lost the money for purchasing Benetton online. I think this is a scam. I don't understand how can they maintain their business globally. This will be the last time I purchased item at Benetton. I don't think I will walk into any store of them. I can't support a business that untrustworthy no matter how good their products are."

"Utterly appalled that such a global brand could have such a disgraceful returns process and customer service. I received two of the same dress in different sizes, they didn't look like they did online, so I returned them in perfect, unworn condition, with tags attached the very next day. I got an email from Benetton two days later to say they received it at the warehouse and would be processing the return. And then nothing. Absolute silence for over a MONTH despite me chasing multiple times by email and on the phone with no response whatsoever and no sign of my money. Then after almost 5 weeks since they received it back, I get an email saying only one of the items is being refunded and the other 'has not been accepted.' No reason or explanation given. The implication is that the item was returned in an unsaleable condition, which is COMPLETELY untrue and it makes no sense why one would be accepted and not the other when they were returned at the same time and are the exact same item. I can only think that in the month of silence, they lost my returns, misplaced them or completely forgot about them. And now they have refused to process a refund either to cover their tracks for the delay, to cover up any dirt/damage that has been created by THEM during the item's month in the warehouse, to punish me for repeatedly chasing my money, or to outright steal my money. HOW CAN THEY GET AWAY WITH THIS?? I thought it was bad enough that online purchases from Benetton couldn't be returned in stores - now I see why - because the stores would give you a refund and be able to inspect the quality in front of you. They wouldn't be able to scam customers out of money. I have asked for an explanation, evidence, and a reinspection/investigation but am back to stone cold silence from them and am losing hope I will ever get my money back. It's a lot of money, but even more than that, it's the principle that they could do this, and judging by others' experiences, not just to me but repeatedly. I have no interest in receiving the dress back, but doesn't it follow that if they are unable to 'accept' the return, they should send it back to me?? Currently I am without my money OR the dress. I will NEVER buy from them again, online or otherwise. Buyer be very much aware."

"Over three weeks ago I ordered a cardigan in the Benetton webshop. My first choise was to pay with creditcard but the screen froze after I put in all my payment details, not only once but twice. The third time I choose "wire transfer" as payment method. I received an email with payment instructions and I paid the order according to these instructions. Since I didn't get any receipt to the payment and since I wanted to make sure no money was deducted from my creditcard when the screen froze I contacted the Customer care. The first response was that my order was never registred. I had to send proof of my payment twice before they agreed to look into what had happened. It has now been almost four weeks and I haven't received any answers or explanation. Nor have I received the garnment I ordered or a refund of my money. I have been a lojal customer to Benetton for many years and the staff I meet in swedish stores have always been very helpful and I hope that they don't get the same treatment from headoffice as I get as a wepshop customer."

My husband contacted customer service, emailed photos of the item, and still the situation has not been resolved. "Worse jacket than your Benetton I've never had in my life. Only when I got home I saw that it was a feather lining. I was attracted to the price which was 50% off and I have to say a really nice jacket. But disaster is feathers, everything goes out and it stings me. If you sweat the jacket starts to stink horribly. When washed, the feathers clench into lumps and barely dry. Unfortunately, I will never shop with you again. Next time I will get a synthetic jacket."

"Benetton seems to think that a garment with twisting fabric is not a faulty product. Slow to respond to questions/complaints, and unwilling to offer a decent solution. Learn from my mistake and don't shop here. Update: They have since responded to a rather strongly worded (but still civil) email by asking me to send the product back to be evaluated. Keeping my fingers crossed. Update: In response to the abovementioned email, Benetton asked me to return the product for review, after which I received the desired refund."
