"The business is divided between the young who are keen to work and earn the money and the old school team members who earn off the back of others. The managers simply sit back and let the orders roll in as they have got good accounts who order regularly. The younger team members don’t have such a luxury and have to hard sell to get the sales in. HR is a joke, contracts never updated. HR is run by one person who is rarely in the office (but that’s another story) Accounts team do very little work, speak to you like they are high and mighty and have no respect for what anyone else does. Sadly the customer services dept is poorly run and I lost count of how many times my customers complained that they were waiting too long for a response from them. IT support team are difficult to get hold of and spend their days playing games on their computers."

"Everything is terrible. The company strangles the employees with stupid rules. The Managers are so bad, they benefit their friends or family but not the best employeesa. HR is totally a mess. Credit Dept is terrible to work to. Marketing people just do nothing. The salary is a joke. The people is focused on their own figures and not on the company results. They do not collaborate with each at all. Employees talk in riddles, they don't clearly speak about deals to prevent another employee to steal their own customer. If you want to read an old entry in the CRM you wont understand a word on purpose."

"Currently collaboration between the different Teams has a lot of room for improvements. I feel the Management currently struggles to utilise the full potential of there teams. Most Managers look more on there Personal Achievement rather then doing what a Manager should do. Developing, Supporting, Coaching and Mentoring doesn't seem to be a number one priority."

"Would complain about team management but it's the same in any sales office, you get the senior roles through either longevity or decent sales performance. They either don't manage at all, or micro (and time) manage. The pay structure is far behind competitors, although they have addressed this it is still insufficient given the industry is experiencing somewhat of a boom. Plenty of companies offer 25k as a start with mobile/laptop/car. Although in some aspects of the job being part of a large group is beneficial (especially when dealing with larger/international clients) it's proven to be a hindrance on more occasions. It's a dynamic industry with acquisitions/mergers happening on a weekly basis so there is a danger of being left behind. As a result new roles/progression is non-existent. There is a distinct split in the company with the old guard having a detrimental affect on moral of younger/newer employees. They have somewhat of a monopoly on accounts/leads and it creates hard feelings among newer account managers who still have the hunger to hunt."

"Diese Firma ist auf keinen Fall weiter zu Empfehlen und muss unbedingt vermieden werden. Kein 13ter Monatslohn. Keine Professionelle Kommunikationsmöglichkeit auf allen Ebenen. Keine Professionelle Vorgesetzten bis hin zur Personalabteilung. Wenn man ein Problem hat, wird man von der Personalabteilung auch nur verurteilt und die eigene Ansicht wird gar nicht angehört. Keine Professionellen Mitarbeiter. Wenn man Ahnung von der Materie hat, wird man von anderen nur ausgenutzt und auch noch bestraft wenn Fehler passieren. Da die Firma keine Mitarbeiter findet, die wirklich auf die entsprechenden Stellen qualifiziert sind nehmen Sie jeden wo auch nur das Wort IT aussprechen kann. Jeder denkt, er sei dein Chef- vom Dispatcher bis zum Projektleiter. Jeder sagt etwas und hat keine Ahnung vom anderen. Am Ende des Tages stehst du als Idiot da. Es wird Fehlerkultur betrieben und auch schon bei kleinsten unnötigen dingen landet alles sofort bei der Personalabteilung. Anstelle die Sache zusammen zu besprechen und selber eine Lösung zu finden. Dein eigener Vorgesetzter steht Null hinter dir und stellt dich bei Fehlern oder Persönlichen Anliegen vor allen Arbeitskollegen bloss. Bei der Technikabteilung herrscht Vetterliwirtschaft, der Chef stellt nur seine Bekannten und Verwandten ein und diese werden geschützt und bevorzugt. Obwohl die null Ahnung von der Materie haben. Da viele Mitarbeiter nicht vom Fach sind, ist alles ein gegeneinander und nicht miteinander. Diese Mitarbeiter die keine Ahnung haben, wollen sich schützen indem Sie Fehler den anderen zuschieben oder lügen was"

"Una multinacional alemana que no quiere profesionales trabajando en la empresa, tan sólo buscan empleados que no molesten ni den ideas, aunque no tengan ni idea de lo que hacen, tan sólo los trepas que hacen la pelota a los directivos son los que viven bien. Los empleados profesionales en cuanto que empiezan a trabajar en esta empresa enseguida se ponen a buscar otro sitio donde trabajar y los que quedan son los que no los quiere nadie o no tienen valor para buscar una empresa más seria y responsable.Si cumples el horario puedes pasar un par de años hasta que te despidanNo ascenderás nunca ni tendrás aumento de sueldo, sólo de objetivos"
