No seating any time, you have long shifts and nobody care about worker. Putting list what you have to change and not making any sense.Health insurance not badStress"
Collections Agent/Customer Service (Former Employee) says"This company expects you to do work that is not physically obtainable in the amount of time given. Management is allowed to treat you like a dog and nothing is done. I've witnessed several HR cases against management go unpunished and then later that same employee that reported them was fired. They will set goals and not give any clear direction on how to meet them and then threaten to fire you. Do not work in collections, if you are good, they will prevent you from leaving because you collect all of money. If you are bad don't worry you will be fired because management will do nothing to help you improve.NothingManagement and Culture"

Debt Collection Specialist / insurance claims (Current Employee) says"Td is the worst company to work for they treat there employees like cramp . They use you until they can’t use you no more than fire you within a second . I got a 10 cent raise after being there for 6 months they promise you that it’s several jobs and you can move up within the company and that’s definitely a lie"
Payments Ops Specialist I (Former Employee) says"I'd never recommend working in the Lockbox dept. for if anything goes wrong, which it will, and you decide to complaint, instead of getting help when reporting matters to H.R., you get penalized/punished and your life is made yet more difficult within the company, by, mind you, the very person you reported. So, if you don't want to take the abuse, on top of being under paid, the only other option you have is, to quit."

Financial Advisor (Current Employee) says"I have worked for a few of the large banks in Canada and I can say with confidence, TD is the worst. The salary is low and bonuses are based on favorites. Financial Advisor (Former Employee) says"Most horrible place to work. When I started working there I had no initial point of contact and I wasn't given any training too. My branch manager was very abusive. All he was doing was swearing and yelling. If you go to him asking for something he will go mad and will start yelling at you. All branch staff was very unprofessional and mean."
Store Supervisor (Former Employee) says"TD is very outdated, which means more work. Which is hard to get done while understaffed and over worked. All while trying to tend to customers. There sales goals are extremely high. Each customer is considered a number, or SR points. Meaning they want to push credit cards on each customer because they receive 1000 points per credit card."
