Kurts mentioned in a review, "I am VERY disappointed with this faucet and with Hansgrohe. We bought and installed this faucet just recently. The faucet is very attractive and our only complaint at this time is that the water comes out like a jet and splashes EVERYWHERE in our deep sink as reported by others here. There is no aerator in the faucet so it does not mix ANY air in with the water when it is in the non-stream mode. I called Hansgrohe figuring they would take care of the problem for me. I am totally shocked by their response. They told me to buy a $10 part online to fix the problem. Seriously? I just spent $500 on a kitchen faucet and you're not going to send me a part that costs you $1 to make sure i'm a happy customer. I am very disappointed. Stay away.
