A current customer care engineer shared in a review: "Aspect has terrible management, doesn't care about employees, and way overworked for the pay that you receive. Managers are changed round robin every 2-3 years and will do anything to cut costs from the lower levels. Almost perform layoffs on a yearly basis."

"I worked at Aspect Software full-time for more than 3 years Cons: Management is pathetically incapable of doing their jobs. It was constant change all the freaking time. ABUNDANTLY obvious that this company was extremely mismanaged in every way."

"I worked at Aspect Software full-time for more than 3 years Cons: Getting rid of ALL of the previous senior management on day 1 after Vector took over was a telling sign of the subsequent decisions to come by the new senior management. As a result a lot of the decisions made by the new management, specifically the new CEO, were made in a void. More often than not, if you did not agree with the CEO and bow to him, the exit door was shown to you very quickly. Massive egos at the top of the food chain usually lead to a house-of-cards situation."

Aspect has seen it best days and like some of those classic rock bands of the early seventies the memories are great but those that attempt to keep it going most have been a train wreck."

Most of the engineers are good but about 3 of them are way too cocky and clearly wouldn't make it in a real company."

"I worked at Aspect Software full-time for more than 3 years Cons: Constant executive turn over at the top and an ivory tower perspective on everyone else. The company was and continues to be run by an "exclusive club" that really doesn't care what everyone else is doing and if you aren't part of that inner circle, you, and your say, do not count. My benefits cost 3X what I was used to paying while at Aspect and increased every year and every year compensation was less and benefits were more. And the providers grew crappier with every switch. When you figured out a way to get any kind of comp for performance, the game would change, the bar would be raised sometimes twice in a year. Comp plans became punishment plans. Ridiculous."

These immature executives will have to keep asking the Equity Partner firm to continue to pour money into the company so they can continue to take pictures and pull down an obscene salary."
