Inspection/Machine Operator (Former Employee) says

"A typical day at Accutron. Well before my day would begin I would first have to report to my supervisor, James. He would tell everyone what orders had to be done by what time and what was expected of us. Then we would grab our work orders and get to work. Operating molding machine, manual operate the machine, sealing, inspecting, packaging. The products alone would go through several inspection before it was sent out. I learned to operate the molding machine, clean and reboot the machine if it should fail. Mixing the materials that need specific scents added to the huge barrels. The co-workers at Accutron were great to get alone with. They taught me a little bit of Spanish and they are just great people to be around. We would have complication with the machine, they would break down about three times a day or four times out of the week, thus leaving us behind on work orders and management getting upset with us at times. Most enjoyable part on the job was having to run the molding machine. It was a good systems that was simple and at the same time rate, great breaks, good work environmentMolding Machine complications"

Materials Supervisor (Former Employee) says

"Private company. Family owned. Lacked in functional management experience. Lack of direct management support. Worked well with direct reports and they were always very supportive."
